He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and I truly felt I could trust his recommendations. You can tell he takes pride in doing things the right way. I really appreciate his professionalism and integrity. We need more people like Zach in the world!! Collin was amazing as the install manager for my new HVAC system. He discovered the issues that caused my previous unit to fail early and made sure those root problems were actually fixed instead of just replacing equipment. He was incredibly thorough in redesigning the whole system so everything now works the way it should. His knowledge, attention to detail, and follow-through were exceptional. You can tell he genuinely loves what he does. And as odd as it is to say, the new system is really pretty!!”

“Had the best with Cody and Son’s Plumbing. They arrived on time and asked to understand what the problem I was having was exactly. They did not try to oversell me on services I didn’t need. In fact, I was the one who said maybe I should do this and they were like you really don’t need that. But they did identify an issue I didn’t know I had which was a leak which they fixed promptly. Felt very comfortable with them and felt very assured they were here to fix what actually needed to be fixed and do the best for me. Hundred percent absolutely will use them again and recommend them to all.”

“Zach was professional, knowledgeable and thorough. He took pictures of the HVAC unit and supplied a written report as well as explaining the issues to me. He even pointed out what another hvac company should’ve done (I was charged for but equipment wasn’t installed). He made honest suggestions about what to ask the company who installed the system since it’s under warranty. Very courteous when answering my questions. Recommended a course of action so I could check against their answers. Cody & Sons will be my go to company from now on. Very impressed.”
