“Did a great job with the repair. A DNA Plumber and his apprentice were sent over. They came out twice July 2, 8pm to find and stop the leak, and July 4, 8am to fix the pipe. They were upfront and transparent about the price, and spoke and behaved very respectfully in my home while doing the job. I will strongly recommend them. They tried to cut out as little drywall as possible knowing the drywall repair would also cost the homeowner additionally.”

“Wes and his crew showed up the same day after my order was placed. They worked nonstop for 5 hours to replace two water heaters and repaired a leaking bathroom sink. “My fist experience with DNA Plumbing was fantastic. I am a realtor in the area and I had them check on a leak in one of my vacant listings. They came out same day and I met Miguel. He was very efficient, explained everything in simple terms, found the leak and proposed a plan for my sellers. Because of how knowledge Miguel was, I called back to DNA Plumbing and requested him for a job on my own home. We had a small pipe burst that's next to the hose bib during the freeze. He came out, diagnosed the issue, fixed the pipe with the upgraded specialty hose bib that my husband wanted. He aligned everything up with a level and it works perfectly. “I have used DNA multiple times - for both emergencies and just regular problems. I’ve been pleased with them every single time. There plumbers are always very respectful, informed, willing to share their knowledge, and never ever push you. $260 is their current flat rate to come out to the house, and I find their prices to be a value to the service. They have always been able to get to me very quickly. Today when I called I learned that they had a new air-conditioning service, I will definitely be using them in the future. The girls on the phone are always nice and respectful, Chloe was super helpful today. I really really really liked Jacob my plumber very knowledgeable and respectful, his coworker.
