Plumber · Plano, TX
About
H2O Plumbing & Hot Water operates as a residential plumber based in Plano, Texas. The outfit handles calls for hot water systems along with everyday pipe and fixture repairs that come up in homes and shared buildings across the city. Plano deals with a steady stream of these jobs due to the mix of older houses and newer condos where one unit can affect the next. Their techs manage the routine problems of leaks, clogs, and breakdowns that hit homeowners right in the middle of a normal week when things quit working as they should.
Brandon took on a multifamily condo setup where each unit ties into the next and kept working until he traced the real problem instead of guessing at it. Evi showed up late in the day for a recurring apartment issue that had hit the same place once a year for three years straight and got it sorted without extra runaround. Brandon and Chris also handled a boiler system repair after a pinhole in the pipe caused a gas leak, running full checks on both units and laying out the steps so the owner understood exactly what had failed and why. These jobs show how the crew tackles shared building problems and older equipment that needs careful tracing to avoid repeat calls.
Customers note solid work from the technicians who stick with tough jobs until they are fixed right, along with clear explanations during the visit, but some point out uneven arrival times and spotty follow up on scheduling details. That mix shows up across the reviews with strong marks on the actual repairs and lower ones on how the office side lines things up. DIRT Score 3.2 from 44 reviews on Finds.

What Customers Say
“I live in an apt and have had this plumbing issue once a yr for 3yrs! Evi with H2O plumbing is THE man! He got the call late and said he would be there but couldn't give exact time. I was in pest control service and know it only takes one thing on a job to blow your time schedule, so that was no problem. He told me what he was going to do, listened to my input and checked my idea. He was very professional, great at what he does and went the extra service of really cleaning up and I had to run to store but even though he was done before I got back, he waited outside my door because he didn't want to leave my apt unlocked. That's outstanding customer service! I will absolutely recommend H2O every time I have the opportunity.”
“Brandon, was my technician so this review is written on him. He was very professional and went above and beyond what I was expecting from a plumber. We had a multifamily, condo, townhouse issue were each unit effects the other. He wouldn't stop until he figured out what the issue was that needed to be corrected. And, fixed it! Without out a doubt this is my plumbing company and I would call them for any issue related to plumbing. And, if they send Bradon out you know you have the best!”
“Would not recommend this plumbing company. Communication was poor, arrival times were unclear, and the overall professionalism was lacking. There are better companies out there that value their customers and provide more reliable service. I would take my business elsewhere.”
“Brandon and Chris from H2O Plumbing did an excellent job today. They repaired our boiler system and fixed a gas leak caused by a pinhole in the pipe. Their diagnostics on both boilers were thorough, professional, and spot-on. They explained what was going on, worked efficiently, and handled everything safely and correctly. Truly amazing work from start to finish. Highly recommend them for any boiler or gas-related repairs.”
“The technician showed up without approval and received a bogus invoice I was asked to pay an $84.99 upfront fee for a water-heater inspection; I declined and did not confirm any appointment. Despite that, a technician showed up at my home uninvited. When I told him I did not want the service, he threatened to call the police if I didn’t pay. Afterward the company sent an invoice through Square charging $84.99 for the visit plus a $875.21 “lawyer fee.” I never signed an agreement or approved additional charges. I recommend verifying any plumber’s license, asking for a written estimate, and saving all texts/screenshots before you pay. This was an unpleasant experience, and I will not use this company. I will consider removing this review if the owner calls me and apologizes for the strong-arm tactics.”
