“Had an excellent experience with this plumbing service. They responded quickly, showed up right on time, and got straight to work diagnosing the issue. The plumber explained everything clearly, fixed the problem efficiently, and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. Pricing was fair with no surprise charges, and they left the area clean. Professional, reliable, and easy to deal with — I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again or recommend them to anyone needing plumbing.”

“Update: They eventually did get back to me and promptly sent out a service tech. Service guy was professional and did good work. Boss man was emailing me and updating the work status, he stated that the issue I was having was not related to the work they previously did. I still believe it was related to the house settling after their work, there’s no other reason for the drain to pull off like it did, but that’s no fault of theirs. He stated this was not warranty work but they would take care of me anyways. Communication wise, emails were all I ever got, still hard to get a hold of but leaving this original 1 star review is I assume got their attention. They mostly deal with property managers, so I assume that’s where their attention is, not with the average homeowner like me. They do solid work, communication and online presence is just super spotty. Original review: The work they did was fine. However, they fully replaced my cast iron and should have ensured the fitting are complete all the way to each drain. Either it wasn’t hooked up correctly or things shifted because of the tunneling and the drain has disconnected for one of my tubs. All of this work is under warranty and I can’t even get a response from them. This was a $20,000 project, and they can’t even bother to respond to me. I’m called, texted, and emailed and have been completely ignored. Not sure if the entire company is a scam when it comes to contact on warranty or what. But their internet presence is awful and very hard to contact. I’ll update if they ever get back to me, but I’d recommend going through a more reliable company.”

“Unfortunately we did not have a great impression with this company. We were told they would be here at 10am. At 1015 we asked for an eta and all that was said was “you’re next”. 1115 rolls around and I reach out and am sent straight to a very rude voice mail and my texts were ignored. 30 minutes later my husband reached out which they quickly responded advising us that the techs were just now on their way to get the parts (an hour and 45 minutes after our eta). I took off the morning and now have to take the whole day off. They did not communicate with us at all until we multiple times reached out to them. We will be advising our management company of their unprofessionalism in hopes they do not use them in the future. Oh and btw over 2 hours later they still have not arrived”

“Horrible communication, poor quality of work, missed/ignored issues leading to major flooding, ignored sewage gas smell in dwelling complaints, no call no shows/excessively late. Landlords buddy so forced to use. The absolute worst company I've ever had to deal with.”

“What ever you do stay away from this place! They’re very unprofessional and incompetent! We have a rental home through Homeriver Group they contracted Sapphire to look at the tankless water’s heater. 1st trip they came out to see what was wrong and we were told the unit needed to be replaced. The management company approved the replacement. 2nd trip was supposed to be for them to come out and replace it they showed up with no replacement unit so wasted trip and our time taking off work. 3rd trip the unit was replaced however once it was completed the never checked to see if it was working correctly and just left. I walked out to see if they were finished and they were gone! I checked and still no hot water to the tube. 4th trip the plumber came out same thing just left without acknowledging that he was finished. I went back to check to see if it was working and behold same issue! I called the plumber and he stated that we need to turn the sink faucet on in order for the water to get hot to the tube! Today here is the conversation with the company below!!! !!!!!UPDATE NOW I'm being threatened!!!! Glad I recorded the whole conversation!!!”
