“When I called, they came right out to do the job. The problem is that they forget about you after the work is done. I have a policy that will pay for the work, but I can't get a response from the company. I have been trying for a solid week now and the insurance company has been trying to get hold of them, but they are not answering my emails and the phone number takes me to a voice mail. I have tried numerous times but no response. The next thing I will do is go by their office and try to get them to do what they are already committed to do. If I have to, I will take it to small claims court. This is NOT THE WAY TO CONDUCT A BUSINESS!!”
