Gold Star Plumbing & Drain

Gold Star Plumbing & Drain works as a plumber outfit based in Prescott Valley. They take on both residential and commercial jobs, showing up to handle water flow problems that pop up in houses and businesses alike. The team sticks to practical fixes like sorting out water heaters that stop producing hot water or dealing with pipe issues that need attention before they turn into bigger leaks. Local conditions in the area mean plumbers often face calls tied to shifting temperatures and ground movement that can stress older lines, so the crew stays ready with tools for direct repairs that keep things running without extra delays.

They focus on services such as water heater replacements and trenchless repairs that avoid digging up yards or driveways. In Prescott Valley the work often involves clearing stubborn clogs, sealing leaks around fixtures, and running new lines where old ones have worn down from mineral deposits common in the water supply. Homeowners here deal with dry spells followed by heavy rains that can shift soil and crack pipes, plus the need for quick drain work to stop backups from reaching living spaces. Gold Star sends technicians who check the full system on site, explain options in plain terms, and complete the fixes so the water pressure stays steady and fixtures operate without constant issues.

Customers keep coming back because the crew shows up on time, explains costs upfront, and finishes jobs without cutting corners on materials or labor. Reviews highlight reliable communication when plans change and solid results on both simple fixes and more involved repairs that hold up over time. The volume of feedback points to consistent performance across speed, quality of workmanship, and reasonable pricing that matches the effort put in. DIRT Score 4.99 from 1031 reviews on Finds.

“Originally quoted us 939 dollars to replace a spring and a washer roughly ten cents in materials and 5 minutes of labor in a valve cartridge. Negotiated it down to 369 which is still absurd. Then he didn’t even put the handles back on correctly.”

“Clay came out to look at our septic system after another company came out and didnt solve our issue. He took his time and really thought out every step. He even had to climb inside the septic tank entrance to get his equipment in the line! He solved our issue, provided lots of information about our home and left the place better than He found it. I am blown away by how careful and thorough he was. He treated our home like his own and even had our 9 year "help" and answered all of her questions. I am so happy we made the call to Gold Star”

“Outstanding Service from Start to Finish! This was my first time needing to call a plumber in many, many years, and I was pretty panicked after my pest control company found standing water in my crawl space. I contacted Gold Star, and they were able to come out the very next day (yesterday). Michael and Andrew arrived and were absolutely incredible—thorough, polite, informative, and truly ROCK STARS. They walked me through everything, explained what they were seeing, and shared tips I know I’ll appreciate if anything ever comes up again. They completed a full inspection, offered clear recommendations, and thankfully confirmed that the issue was minor and completely fixable. They genuinely put my mind at ease, and I slept peacefully last night because of them. I’ve already told my famil”
