“We were notified by the town of Prescott Valley that our water usage exceeded 500 gallons two days ago and 900 gallons the day before. I called Lawhorn Plumbing and was greeted by Kassandra. I asked her if they would be able to accommodate an emergency same-day service call. She said she would check and promptly called me back within five minutes. Within one hour the owner, Skip, was at my house. He did a thorough diagnosis of all of my bathrooms, toilets, and outside spigots. He then proceeded to run a test of usage at the water main. It was the determined that the issue was with the water meter.
