Wolfgangs Cooling, Heating & Plumbing

Wolfgangs Cooling, Heating & Plumbing works as a local plumbing outfit based in Prescott Valley. They handle everyday plumbing needs for homes and businesses around the area while also covering heating and cooling when those systems tie into the water lines. The crew operates from 3071 N Robert Rd # D and takes calls at 928-767-8905 or 480-582-1810 for straightforward service without extra layers. Their focus stays on fixing real problems that come up in Prescott Valley properties, from basic pipe work to full system checks that keep water running clean and steady for residents dealing with the local high desert conditions.

Plumbers from this company tackle jobs like clearing stubborn drain clogs, replacing worn water heaters, and repairing leaks that show up in older homes or during seasonal shifts. In Prescott Valley they often deal with hard water buildup that affects fixtures and lines, plus sewer line issues that hit after heavy rains or ground shifts common to the region. Homeowners call them for faucet installs, toilet repairs, and emergency shutoffs when pipes burst or back up, and the team moves through these tasks by checking the full line rather than patching just the obvious spot. This approach cuts down on repeat visits and handles the mix of new builds and established houses that make up most of the work in town.

Customers keep coming back because the work holds up under daily use, crews show up ready to finish without dragging things out, and the pricing stays in line with what the jobs actually require. Communication stays direct so people know what needs fixing and why before any tools come out. That record of reliable results across a high volume of calls explains the strong standing they hold with locals. DIRT Score 4.87 from 2176 reviews on Finds.

“Dustin was very thorough in his inspection and sent me a detailed summary with pictures and estimates of work that should be done as a preventative measure. I have had a maintenance contract for over 13 years that provides inspections twice per year. I will definitely request Dustin the next time I schedule the inspection. Very professional service.”

“Josh was extremely helpful with our heating and air conditioning. Very thorough and went an extra mile to get the job completed. Friendly with a great personality. Unfortunately we had to get a new system, but Josh walked us through the entire process and even got the manager on the phone to explain financing and give us more information! We are set for installation this weekend which is very helpful since Wolfgang worked with our schedule to get it done! Thank you Wolfgang and especially Josh for a job well done .”

“Devin was unbelievable. He kept us informed , and help keep the project moving forward. This man needs a bonus and promotion, don’t let him go. Also special thanks to the front office for coordinating and navigating the parts. Devin and this company are amazing!”

“Great job from Wolfgang Cooling again. Thank you for running the check on one of our three air conditioners. I woke up last night to heat pouring out of one unit set on cooling. I turned it off and it must have rebooted. I turned it on later in the night and it was cool in the morning. A Wolfgang Cooling technician did a thorough inspection at no charge because I had my units inspected only three weeks ago. I really appreciate that level of service. Thank you Jack R.”

“Nathan was very understanding & compassionate. He demonstrated and explained the issue; He did what he could to stop the leaking water and escalated the issue to Cody. I was given the answers I needed and I appreciated the excellent customer service I have received. This is why I have been a customer/client for over 20 years. Thank you.”

“Joe was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and able to explain in layman's terms what condition our AC unit was in. Very friendly and easy to talk with. He answered all questions in detail. Super Tech. Couldn't be happier with his service and care he took.”

“We scheduled an HVAC Maintenance appointment and it went great. However, when we scheduled a full system replacement quote thru the service tech for the next day, we found out they gave our appointment to another customer and never showed up. Do better Wolfgang.”

“Patt came and spent 1.5 hours helping diagnose a problem with a multi-zone system with a roof-top air-conditioner. He helped us find solutions that will greatly improve how the system performs. He also outlined a lower-cost way to add capacity if needed for hotter summers. He is incredibly bright and knowledgeable. He has a very thorough understanding of the our system. He was by far the best air-conditioning expert we've had. Highly recommended.”
