AZ Super Plumber - The Plumbing Store

AZ Super Plumber runs a straightforward plumbing operation out of Prescott, Texas. The crew focuses on residential and light commercial work across the area, keeping trucks ready for calls that come in at any time of day or night. Their background centers on handling the full range of pipe, fixture, and system repairs that homeowners in this part of Texas deal with regularly, from basic leaks to larger system upgrades that keep water flowing without constant interruptions.

In Prescott the heat and occasional hard freezes put steady pressure on water heaters and supply lines, so the plumbers spend plenty of time replacing units that fail from mineral scale or installing new ones that hold up better. They clear clogged drains caused by roots or buildup, maintain septic tanks and leach fields on properties outside town limits, and handle water treatment setups to deal with local well issues. Remodel jobs often mean re-piping older homes to meet current codes, while emergency runs focus on stopping leaks fast before they damage floors or walls. Work stays direct with clear explanations of what needs fixing and no drawn out waits for parts or approvals.

Homeowners note the crews show up on time, complete repairs that last without callbacks, keep costs in line with the work required, and explain options plainly before starting. That consistent record of reliable service in a trade where delays or shortcuts show up quick adds up to strong marks across the board. DIRT Score 4.74 from 1159 reviews on Finds.

“We called the Super Plumber office and spoke with William and he assured us that they would be out the same day. It worked out that the entire job (a line clean out) could be completed that very day. Brian was our technician, and he was “Super” ! He gave us two options and kept in contact with us. When they were finished, he even provided pictures for us to see what had been done. The last picture pretty well sums it up ! Thank you for a prompt and efficient job.”

“Tim did a great job and was very friendly. He came out on the same day and fixed our problem in less than an hour. Also Brielle was super nice and helpful on the phone. I'm a first time customer and I will be signing up for a maintenance plan so I can use them again! Thank you!”

“I had a mini emergency on a Sunday evening that would have resulted in 1000’s of gallons of water waste. Mark came on the scene and was amazing and fixed us right up. He was so patient and understanding that I wasn’t fully aware of some of our infrastructure placements and was so helpful, doing everything he could to locate them in such a professional way. Thank you for your amazing service!”

“I highly recommend AZ Super Plumber. We had a leaking hose bib, and they sent someone out within hours of our initial call. Their communication was clear and their follow-through was spot-on. Tim showed up ahead of schedule, evaluated the situation, and explained the best- and worst-case scenarios for the repair before starting. He was professional and efficient throughout the process. We will definitely use AZ Super Plumber again the next time we need a plumber.”

“My septic tank hit it's limit last Sunday. We called Super Plumbers(one of the only ones open). She originally said Wednesday, but then was able to work some magic and got us a next day service (Monday). My technician was on time, clean, and very professional not to mention very friendly and personable. He explained the process from start to finish. I will keep their number handy for and plumbing needs. In short I give them 5 stars. Would have been 6 stars but that wasn't an option. The field techs are not the only one that needs mentioning. The office staff was also incredibly helpful and friendly. All around they turned a bad situation into no big deal, and did it with a smile. Thanks to everyone involved.”
