Franklin Plumbing Services

Franklin Plumbing Services operates out of Prescott, TX as a local plumbing outfit focused on keeping homes and businesses running without water issues. They cover the Prescott area with straightforward repairs and installations for everyday problems like busted pipes or failing fixtures. The crew stays ready around the clock for calls that come in at any hour, which fits the needs of a Texas town where temperatures swing hard and older houses often spring leaks without warning. Homeowners here deal with hard water buildup and sudden drain clogs that can shut down a kitchen or bathroom fast, so having a crew that shows up quick matters more than fancy talk.

Their work covers water heater fixes on the spot, full residential jobs like faucet replacements and toilet rebuilds, plus commercial setups for shops and offices. Sewer and drain clearing takes up a big part of what they handle when roots or grease stop things up in the lines. The team rolls out with the right tools for emergency calls that hit at night or on weekends, getting water flowing again before it turns into bigger damage inside walls or floors. In Prescott the summer heat dries out seals and joints faster than in cooler spots, so they spend plenty of time checking pressure and replacing sections of pipe that crack under the load. Commercial work often means keeping restrooms and kitchens in shape without shutting down the whole place for days.

Folks in the area keep calling back because the plumbers move fast on emergencies without dragging out the job, they leave the site clean once the fix holds, and they lay out the cost up front so there are no surprises on the bill. Clear updates during the work and solid results on repeat visits build the trust that shows in the numbers. DIRT Score 4.67 from 333 reviews on Finds.

“Frankline Plumbing replaced our main water line, everything went absolutely smooth work was quick and very clean. Would recommend anybody looking for a local Prescott plumber. Hunter, Christian and Brandon were very professional and we loved working with them.”

“I highly recommend this plumber! They did an outstanding job from start to finish. They handled everything I needed professionally and took the time to troubleshoot an issue with my water heater that was misdiagnosed by the gas company. They called the water heater company and got everything figured out so that it was all hooked up correctly. They were knowledgeable, thorough, and made sure everything was working properly before they left. It’s hard to find someone who genuinely cares about doing the job right, and they definitely do. I’ll absolutely call them again for any future plumbing needs!”

“After contacting several plumbers in the area who had no availability to come out the next day, I contacted Franklin Plumbing and they were available! When Zachary arrived, we realized we had a much bigger plumbing issue than we originally called about. He was very friendly, professional and super efficient. I highly recommend this company (and especially Zachary!)”

“We had a fantastic experience with Franklin Plumbing. From the start, the service was top-notch—they showed up right on time, and we really appreciated the notification that the technician was on the way, along with the ability to track his arrival in real time. The technician, Christian, was extremely polite and professional. He quickly identified the problem, fixed the pipe efficiently, and made sure everything was working perfectly before wrapping up. What really stood out was the attention to detail—he even vacuumed the rug before leaving! The entire job was completed quickly and at a very reasonable price. We couldn’t be happier and would highly recommend Franklin Plumbing to anyone in need of reliable, high-quality work.”

“The last 4 times this company came over to do work there were issues. However the last incident was unacceptable. Dug up the yard to fix a pipe and ruined a personal item in the process and left it extremely messy. They chose not to replace the item that was requested to be replaced. Another incident was also leaving a mess in our bathroom after snaking it. The other two times were their employees walking into the house without permission or knocking. Two stars because the work was completed. Outside of that it's been unprofessional.”

“We needed to have the turnoffs to our washing machine replaced. So I called Franklin Plumbing since we’ve been relying on them for 30+ years. This time they sent Justin and Zack out. The turnoffs were replaced quickly professionally (and they cleaned up the mess perfectly). As usual, it was a great experience and I would highly recommend both guys (and Franklin Plumbing)!”

“Was able to come out same day to remove an old gas furnace and found a clog that was restricting me washer water flow. Very knowledgeable and great work. Now getting an estimate for them to repipe my entire double wide home. Highly recommend!”

“Hunter at Franklin Plumbing was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He had answers for all of my questions and did a great job on our repairs. I highly recommend Franklin Plumbing and will definitely use them again.”

“Had 3 leaky water spigots that were needing repair. Franklin Plumbing sent Zac out to perform the service. Great work ethic and repairs done professionally.”

“I had the pleasure of having an amazing technician named Christian Williams come and help out with my water heater. He was quick and professional the whole time he was here. He even helped me with my kitchen faucet, it was spewing water out of the sides. He went above and beyond with this service! Thank you guys also for getting us in on short notice!!!”
