“Water shut off was buried under 2 feet plus of dirt. I excavated the crushed irrigation box, Josh’s plumbing came out cleaned around valve and tested it. In the end the valve was still good, saved us a lot of $$$$. We’ve used them for both houses in Prescott. Honest and local…. Highly recommend.”

“We had scheduled work to be done, the office manager asked us to sign the contract so the work could be done the following day as agreed to. Josh told us, in person, he would provide a first responders discount of 10% off the entire job which was not reflected in the contract so I asked for an updated quote, the office manager, Marnie told me it is only on labor. Confirmed twice with Josh it was the entire job. They then cancelled the job saying it was due to a manpower issue. Sad they don't want our business we really liked what Josh had to say. You should stand by what you said you were going to do.”
