M&M WRECKER SERVICE, LLC

M&M Wrecker Service, LLC works as a plumber out of Prescott, TX. The outfit runs more than just towing and brings in mechanics, drivers, and operators who handle service calls for homes and properties in the area. Their base supports jobs that mix vehicle knowledge with the need to reach sites fast, especially when water lines or fixtures break down in local houses. Homeowners in Prescott often deal with hard water issues and pipe wear from the regional weather, and this crew uses their equipment background to get to those problems without extra delays.

They take on full plumber services that cover leak repairs, drain clearing, fixture swaps, and water heater work for both residential and light commercial spots. The mechanics handle roadside or shop fixes on related systems while drivers and operators move tools and parts to the job. Customers have noted steady results on diesel and heavy equipment repairs that overlap with pump and line work, plus help with trailer and backhoe issues that sometimes tie into site access for bigger plumbing projects. The team shows up ready for in-shop or on-site fixes when pipes clog or valves fail under daily use.

Homeowners keep coming back because the crew finishes jobs on time without pushing extra costs, keeps communication clear from the first call, and delivers solid work that holds up in Prescott conditions. Speed stands out on urgent calls, quality shows in how few callbacks occur, and price stays reasonable compared to bigger outfits. DIRT Score 3.93 from 111 reviews on Finds.

“M&M towing was quick to respond and true to their word they were there 20-25 mins as they said … I just neeeded a quick tow because I was stuck in mud due to heavy rains and they charged me well and did a quick pull. Justin is the driver who responded and was a good guy”

“Good towing service. Stuck on the middle of the road, helped me to get out and put me in the shop close by to service transmission.”

“Called Nick at M&M after trying Loves and T/A who both were a couple hours from being able to even come out. Was storming and pouring rain and the top of a tree had fallen into the roadway and had zero chance to avoid completely, broke the coupler off air tank for transmission, Nick was able to have me back on the repaired and back on the road in about an hour. Unfortunately it was at a cost but he was honest and it was raining and he was very efficient. Thanks for the great road side service and understanding $500”

“I cannot say enough or be more grateful for the wonderful service from Justin at M & M Wrecker Service. It was Sunday of Labor Day weekend. Our GMC 4500 blew a hose and lost all of our coolant. We were stranded just off the highway luckily on the ramp. Within just over an hour Justin was pulling up to tow us. It was 100 degrees out. He had come out of the field working to get us. He towed us to K & D Repair Garage in Hope, AR and then was kind enough to take us to a hotel. You just dont get customer service like that anymore. Thank you Justin. By the way K & D Repair Garage did a great job at a great price being Labor Day.”

“Came in early on a Friday for engine misfiring. We were helped right away and found it to be a wiring/electric issue where the harness was loose. Reasonably priced and had us on our way in 20 minutes. Great service”

“My three young boys and I were moving from Texas to Tennessee and unfortunately we became stranded in this town in the middle of the night! I was extremely terrified! When the tow came to help us I was still a little nervous. However, the gentleman saw how afraid we were at the situation we were in and he even offered to let us stay inside the building to sleep until they opened up the next morning. The next morning, we were able to talk with someone but they weren't able to find tires to fit the truck we were in (they were custom rims/tires). I wanted to cry but the owner and ENTIRE staff were just so kind to me and my boys I could only be thankful GOD placed us in their care. The owner saw the bad luck we were having and he offered to look in the nearby city for parts for the custom tire”

“Me and my husband are from Texas and on the way home on I-30 we had not 1 but 2 random blow outs. We were stuck in Prescott and searched for towing service and found M&M. They were quick to respond, very polite and the price was amazing. A really helpful, friendly and inviting gentlemen was sent from the company and I can’t brag enough on how amazing Dustin is he’s super professional, funny, nice and he honestly made the most stressful of situations so easy and carefree. Plus watching how he towed the car was like a work of art. Dustin is a treasure and my husband and i can’t thank him enough for really coming through for us in a very stressful situation. It’s great to meet someone with a positive and friendly spirit and demeanor. I would 1000 percent recommend the services here and just”
