“John came into my apartment to unclog whatever was possibly backing up the waterlines that was preventing my hvac system from draining water. Turns out the hvac team that installed the unit did a poor job on installation and there was water dripping outside of the catch pan. Which in turn caused the condensation to drip down into the first floor and leak into the kitchen cabinets. John quickly assessed the issue and fixed the plumbing to hvac unit to mitigate the issue until the hvac team can fix the actual unit.
