We called Benjamin Franklin plumbing and they put us on their schedule and were out on site by the next morning. Jacob was able to identify and repair a couple of leaky sinks and a Delta faucet that was leaking. He was super respectful of the property, wearing protective shoe coverings and communicated well on his repair solutions at the end of the job. Would recommend.”

We were informed by the city that we had a pretty major leak - 18 gallons an hour. They referred us to Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of NWA. Benjamin Franklin was punctual, which I appreciated. That was about the only positive thing I can say. The leak was found by Trenchless Leak detection - a different company that charged us $350. A tech from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing came out to fix the problem. They proceeded to quote me $1693.00 to replace the part and provide labor. “Aaron and his crew were excellent top to bottom. They were on time and communicative. They were friendly and courteous and they took the time to talk through the work with me. They had to cut an access in the Sheetrock of my interior wall. In doing so they took care not to make a mess in my home and I can tell that professionalism mattered to them by the way they cut the access. They made a clean and straight cut and carefully removed the gypsum in a way that allows me to easily fill the hole in with the original piece.
