About
Town & Country Plumbing, Inc. runs a straightforward plumbing operation based in Rogers. They handle residential and commercial calls across the region with licensed crews who know the local soil and weather patterns that cause pipe shifts and leaks. Services focus on water and gas line work, filtration installation, and repiping projects that update older homes without unnecessary disruption. Homeowners around Rogers often face hard water damage and aging sewer connections, so the company keeps trucks stocked for quick slab leak repairs and drain issues that pop up after heavy rains. Their priority stays on protecting property and avoiding hidden fees that catch people off guard.
They handle water heater swaps for both tank and tankless units, leak detection behind walls or under foundations, and drain cleaning that clears kitchen and bath lines clogged by roots or grease. Water and sewer line repairs address breaks common in the area while kitchen plumbing covers fixture installs and disposal fixes. Slab leak repair and full repiping restore flow in houses with corroded pipes, and gas leak detection plus water filtration add safety and better water quality. Commercial plumbing keeps restaurants and offices running with minimal downtime during busy hours. The crews work methodically to locate problems first then complete fixes that hold up under daily use.
Homeowners note the crew arrives promptly when leaks hit, explains options without pressure, and sticks to quoted prices that stay fair for the work done. Quality comes through in repairs that last instead of needing callbacks weeks later, while clear talk on timelines and costs builds trust from start to finish. Speed helps during emergencies like flooded basements, and consistent results on both small fixes and larger repipes earn steady repeat business. DIRT Score 4.45 from 400 reviews on Finds.

What Customers Say
“It's always a pleasure having Town and Country Plumbing service our home. This trip, they were able to quickly repair a leaky hose fixture. I'm always confident that we are getting excellent service at a reasonable price. Thank you Aaron and team!!!”
“My hot water heater stopped working this afternoon. The plumber I've used for decades retired a few years ago so I called T&C. They were able to get a tech to my house that afternoon. The plumber, Joe, was extremely helpful with my plumbing issue, but what impressed me most was that he removed his shoes before coming inside my home. I'm a little embarrassed to admit the problem with not with my heater, but with my own inability to follow the pilot lighting instructions. Joe relit the pilot and, because the pilot light did go out, he gave my 20+ year old heater a thorough inspection and gave me some easy maintenance tips. He also provided me a comprehensive quote for a new unit, which considering how old the water heater is, will probably come in handy sooner than later. This may get Joe i”
“Joey does amazing work for a fair price! We had a tough job on our bathtub not draining properly. He ripped it out, made the repair, and put in a new tub in no time flat! His customer service is top notch!”
“I am a repeat customer and have never been disappointed. They’ve always managed to come within 24 to 48 hours after I call. Each plumber that’s come have been polite and helpful and resolved the issue quickly. I haven’t had any complaints yet with this company. Thank you!!”
“Second time calling Town & Country, and both times they exceeded expectations. Came out within 90 minutes of my call (leaking around hot water heater) and gave a quick, fair assessment of the situation. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a plumber!”
“I’ll just provide the facts so anyone reading this can be the judge on whether or not my rating is justified. I have had Town & Country Plumbing come out several times in the past and decided to have them come install an under the kitchen sink water filtration system on 3/10/23. For reference, this is an AquaTru filter system so you can determine if it seems complicated or not. All instructions and parts were included in the box for setup so no guesswork to be done. 1.) They charged me $500 for what they said would be 2 hours of work, I kept tabs on the time and it ended up taking them about an hour and a half but fine, I agreed to the high rate already because they were there and I wanted it done. I don’t know how much it should cost for something like this either so maybe $500 is reaso”
“Our water heater went out Friday night and I called a few plumbing places and Town and Country put us on the schedule asap!!! Alex showed up Saturday morning to go over everything and while there was a minor issue with the application approval they still did the job!!! While Alex was pulling the old water heater out I believe it was his boss who showed up a bit later with the new one. Done before noon. In and out!!! Alex was very knowledgeable and his boss made it a smooth process to for the application process. Prices were reasonable and definitely adding this place to my call list. Great Service! Did not disappoint. A+A+A+”
“My experience was great. We needed our water supply line fixed quickly after it had been damaged on a Friday afternoon leaving us with no water. They were able to come Saturday morning and repair it quickly. Otherwise we would have had to wait until Monday with another company and have no water all weekend. Very professional and knowledgeable. It was expensive, hence the 4 star rating.”
“It took 3 visits to get the water heater fixed, mostly. I'm not one to shy away from home improvement projects. There are some things which scare me, though, and dealing with natural gas is one of them. So when my gas water heater stopped working right I called a "professional". The plumber was a very personable guy, and spoke of having over 35 years of experience. On the first visit (Friday), he noticed that there was an error code blinking on the control module and that the filter screen was quite dirty. The error code seemed to clear once he got it all back together after the cleaning. However, when I went to use the hot water later that evening, it wasn't hot. I'm not one to call for a service visit on the weekend if I can help it, so I waited until the following Monday to report th”
“I can’t say enough about Town & Country Plumbing. Tasha was an angel in our time of need. We came back from lunch to 2/3 toilets in our office overflowing everywhere. On the Friday afternoon before a holiday weekend, I knew it would be tough to get someone to come out on such short notice.. I called 13 other companies and couldn’t get service today. Tasha took my info with the hopes of fitting us in and she made it happen! Craig was so wonderful! He came out and tried a couple of different things to fix our problem; he ended up calling in for another piece of equipment and some help. They had to get on the roof in this heat but it worked!!! He was tidy and conscientious throughout the whole process. Very polite and professional. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a plumbing comp”
