“Very fast and friendly. I called them when my water heater expansion stank developed a leak that began flooding (to use the term liberally) in my garage. They had a technician at my house and the expansion tank replaced within 3 hours. This was at 5:00 PM after coming home from work to find water all over my garage floor. Very fair price for the repairs, as well. Highly recommend them and I'll be calling again if we have future need of a plumber or related technician.”

“It was a Sunday. Our toilet backed up into the house. We had a clog in the output line outside. Just Us was fast to answer our call and get someone out that same day. Alexander came to the rescue. He was polite and worked until the line was cleared. He came back Monday morning with a camera to make sure that the line was still clear and that there was no breaks in the line. They were very reasonably priced as well. Definitely recommend.”

“Called a few places for a late night weekend emergency. The shower handle broke while taking a shower and could no longer turn off water. Called a few places but this was the first to respond within a few minutes. The gentleman tried a couple things while video chatting. He dispatched a tech within 30 minutes and was able to get it fixed right away. As long as your stuff is Moen brand they carry parts with them. Had to pay extra because of after hours and weekend but nothing you can do on an emergency.”

“Initially Justin came for a water leak detection and was very thorough. He determined it was a drain leak and where the leak was. I scheduled a second appointment to get it fixed. I monitored the leak for a week after it was fixed because I had been dealing with this leak for months and been told by a couple of other plumbers from other companies that the leak was somewhere else, but come to find out it wasn't where the leak was. So, after a week and also some rain, it still wasn't leaking. Very relieved and grateful that Justin was able to find and fix the leak. He and the other guys were very nice and very knowledgeable. I think I may have found my go to plumbers.”
