“We had quite complicated problem with our standing faucet, which installed just a bit over a year ago. The faucet was installed pretty badly at the beginning by our 1st contractor, who we fired them. After that we had an experienced plumber reinstalled the faucet and it had been working great since then. Anyway, recently we had a construction in our house and for some reason the problem showed up at this standing faucet again. Our contractor had 2 licensed plumbers came over to fix the it, but for somehow they made it worse. The water pressure at the faucet was very low for the hot water and after the 2nd plumber from our contractor worked on it, it got worse. Both hot and cold water got very low pressure and the standing faucet was wobbling badly. I got to ask my contractor to stop sending his guys to fix the faucet, and then I called about 5 plumbing companies to check on it. As the faucet was initially installed badly on the tile that was cut too big as the photo, and now the tile was hardly hold the faucet, the 4 plumbers who came over had quite different solutions. One said that he needed to remove all the tile in that section in order to installed new valves and I would need to call the tile guy to redo the tiles later. Then, another Plumber honestly told me that he had no idea how to fix it, but he would ask the other plumbers in the company. Well… Pretty much hopeless, I google and found Crow’s plumbing service with an incredible reviews 4.9 stars from 2,066 reviews!!! I called the company and Karen, the lady on the phone, was polite, friendly, courtesy and understanding. She scheduled the technician to come over for the next day. The technician, Caleb, showed up on time. Although Caleb was pretty young, he was INCREDIBLE and Knowledgeable. He thoroughly checked on everything and he was the only plumber who double checked on water pressure and found out that our house had a water pressure issue with a proven. 3 years ago, we had an inspection during the buying process by Square House, but we got only the reported that said he couldn’t located the valve!, no mentioned about water pressure issue. At that time, I asked our buyer agent more than one time what it meant to unable to locate the valve, and our agent said it was just there and no problem about that at all. In fact, that wasn’t true. We needed the main water valve and PRV replaced since they were way too old and buried deeper and deeper over time until they were no longer usable. This costed us over $1,300 to replace both PRV and Main Valve that should have been reported and replaced since 3 years ago!Kar As well, Caleb found the way to fix our standing faucet without removing the whole tile section. He told us he could simply put bigger screws and the plates underneath, so it could help holding the standing faucet!! No any plumbers came to that solution. I am not over say, but Caleb from Crow’s is intelligent. Now, everything was fixed and Caleb said they would be good for at least 10 years. Additionally, Crow’s provides 2 year-warranty for their work!! So they really stand behind their jobs. Absolutely Recommended!! - Communication: Karen is Excellent. - Cost: Maybe just a little bit high, but with the 2-year warranty, it isn’t easy to find. - Very High Responsibility. Caring about our time and concerns. - Skilled and Professional. - Efficiency: Excellent. Caleb worked diligently even if he just recovered from his illness. He still looked so pale. We really want him back to be in great shape soon”

“I cannot say enough good things about this company and the people who work there. From Karen in the office to Tim in the field, everyone provided exceptional customer service. They were kind, professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about our needs. At no point did I ever feel pressured, upsold, or persuaded into purchasing something I didn’t need. In fact, they went out of their way to explain all available options so I could make an informed decision that was right for me. What impressed me most was how accommodating they were regarding my unique situation. I work a night shift schedule, and I have an indoor aviary with multiple birds. Any work being performed in that area required careful planning because my birds cannot simply be picked up and moved. They must be coaxed into another part of the house, which takes time and preparation. The entire team worked with my schedule, gave me plenty of notice, and scheduled the work later in the day so I could get some sleep and safely relocate my birds. Their concern for the birds’ safety and well-being meant a great deal to me. Tim also identified a potentially serious safety issue that had been caused by previous roofing work. A flue vent had become loose, creating a possible carbon monoxide hazard. Thank goodness he found it and corrected the issue before it became a bigger problem. That alone gave me tremendous confidence in his attention to detail and integrity. Later, they replaced my nearly 15-year-old water heater. The installation was completed quickly and professionally, and Tim showed me everything he was doing and explained everything afterward. There was significant sediment buildup in the old unit, which confirmed that replacing it was the right decision. Again, there was no pressure to purchase upgrades or unnecessary equipment. Karen maintained excellent communication throughout the entire process and followed up afterward to make sure everything was satisfactory. That level of customer care is rare these days. By the end of the experience, I felt like I had known these people for years. They are genuine, trustworthy, and truly willing to go the extra mile for their customers. They also offer financing options and are happy to help you understand them without pressure. This is now my plumbing company for life. If you want honest people, outstanding communication, quality work, and customer service that is second to none, I highly recommend them.”

“I’ve been dealing with a complex ongoing sewer gas issue after my pump broke during a week of heavy storms that lead to more plumbing issues then just the pump and I cannot say enough good things about this company. First they don’t have some automated attendant answering the phones but rather a real live person who also is engaged in wanting to truly help you. Karen who handles the calls is so helpful I know her by name. She went out of her way to really discuss things in such detail and follow up with me on multiple occasions that I knew this was a different kind of company - more old school integrity based type business. She explained they had someone with extensive background in these complex plumbing problems that still persist even after the first line repairs who they dedicate to addressing these type of complex plumbing issues who has been doing this work for years. She connected me David who was the single most knowledgeable person I’ve talked to about these type of plumbing issues and he even made himself available by phone to talk to me about what was going on at my house after multiple successful repairs but where I was still struggling with sewer gas issues after the repairs, something I’ve never dealt with before in my home. So there are several reasons that I would recommend this company. They are genuinely committed to wanting to help you and they are wildly knowledgeable about complex plumbing issues beyond just fixing a standard problem. To find an ethical, caring knowledgeable company is such a rarity and triple win. I have never reviewed a company before they have even come out to do the work. But that is how positive and refreshing experience I’ve had with this company where the people are not just kind and generous with their time but extremely knowledgeable. I am not a handy person and I was having to comb through Reddit posts and research the problems I was having on AI and David was the first person I talked to where I finally felt like someone was going to figure this out for me. Before finding Crows I had worked a while with another good plumber who did really good work in getting a new pump set up for me after I had had repeated problems with a pump that had never been properly installed to begin with. I also realized though that sometimes you have to track down specialists for these more complex issues that involve more than one thing and persist even after a successful repair. So I’m so glad to have found this gem of a company.”
