⭐ 1 Star – Unsettling and Unprofessional Experience I had warranty work scheduled through my builder at the one-year mark, and Mustang Plumbing was the contractor assigned to the service. I do not live at the property full-time, so I scheduled a specific appointment to meet the technician on site. When I arrived, I saw the Mustang Plumbing truck pull up and I entered the house first to turn on some lights and prepare for the appointment. I was only about 20 feet from the front door the entire time, so I was not far away and would have clearly heard a knock or someone announcing themselves. About two minutes after I entered, I turned around and suddenly the technician was inside the house behind me. I never heard a knock, doorbell, or anyone calling out, and I was never asked for permission to enter. This was extremely unsettling. A contractor should always knock and wait to be invited in, especially when the homeowner is present and nearby. Being only about 20 feet from the front door makes it very difficult to understand how I would have missed a knock if one actually occurred. I later contacted my builder and was told the technician claims he knocked. I can only speak to what I personally experienced — I did not hear any knock and was never notified that he was entering. I also contacted Mustang Plumbing directly. The person who answered said he would relay the message, but there was: • No apology • No acknowledgment of the concern • No empathy • No accountability The response felt indifferent, which made the situation even more disappointing. This entire situation could have been avoided with basic professionalism and communication. Homeowners deserve to know when someone is entering their home. I hope Mustang Plumbing takes situations like this more seriously in the future

If your new build comes with a plumbing warranty, just be aware you may be required to go through Mustang Plumbing. I recently submitted a warranty request, and unfortunately the experience left me concerned. The technician who arrived had a large M A G A flag displayed on his company vehicle, which felt unprofessional for a service call. More importantly, he informed me that the brand-new water heater in my home is already “obsolete” and suggested replacing it with a propane system—something that didn’t align with what I understand about a newly constructed home. Because of the conflicting and concerning information I received, I now feel the need to bring in an independent plumber to inspect the work and ensure everything in the home was done properly. Overall, the communication and guidance I was given during this warranty visit were not what I expected, and I would strongly recommend getting a second opinion if you find yourself in a similar situation.

I had an internal leak, and at Pulte’s recommendation, Mustang Plumbing came to fix it. They cut a large hole in the drywall and later said the repair would not be covered under warranty. I agreed to pay to get it fixed, but they left without repairing the drywall and said the builder should handle it. Pulte also refused. This was a very frustrating experience, and I would advise others to get clear written confirmation before working with Mustang Plumbing.

Shocked to see the reviews are so low! We've had more than one great experience with Mustang Plumbing! They've sent Wally our way a few times and he is great! He gets the job done, honest, reliable, and professional! He even breaks things down so that we can understand what's going on. Thanks Wally and Mustang Plumbing!!!

I highly recommend getting Tim for your next plumbing needs. He worked quickly and was incredibly respectful of my new home. Tim was thorough and diagnosed our plumbing issue quickly. It turns out, our jets were accidentally clogged up from construction in a new built home. Thank you again Tim for your attention to detail and overall efficient work!
