“Matt was absolutely amazing. I called him on a Tuesday after 5 pm telling him my husband tried to fix the bathroom sink and was unsuccessful so I needed him to come and actually fix it. He got me in the schedule for the next morning. And before noon on Wednesday the bathroom sink was fixed. The communication was great and the service was speedy and exactly what I needed after the bathroom being out of order for almost a week.”

“Serviced water heater their first visit. Non charge due to nothing being wrong with unit. Very kind of Matt! Matt was very nice and professional. Had sink issue. No follow up back to me with solution. I followed up 1 time after and no follow up again. Recently scheduled them to be at my house. They were an hour late so I called for an update. Was advised I would get called back when they got closer to my house. 90 minutes later no call no show. Haven’t heard back for a reschedule. Won’t be using services anymore after 2 times of being ghosted.”
