Wayne Doucet started the company in 1988 with just one truck and soon brought in family members Sonya, Cory and Deseree to grow the business. Today the outfit employs 51 people and keeps over 20 trucks rolling to cover jobs within a hundred mile radius of the city. They handle everything from routine repairs to bigger installations while keeping a straightforward approach that fits the needs of local homeowners dealing with Texas weather and older homes.

The crew takes on full service plumbing including 24 hour emergency calls, water heater repair and replacement, drain cleaning, septic maintenance and pumping plus sewer scope inspections. Randy showed up for one homeowner and took time to explain every step so the issues got fixed right without shortcuts. Andrew responded to a weekend call within half an hour and checked the full system before laying out options. Sergio led crews on multiple projects where they stayed professional and got the work done clean. Josh and Hunter replaced a hot water heater, added a recirculation pump and rerouted piping with new valves to improve the whole setup.

Homeowners give them top marks for work quality that holds up, fast response times even on off days, fair prices that match the effort and clear communication throughout each job. “Randy at Three D’s Plumbing was absolutely amazing. He demonstrated kindness, professionalism, and a genuine willingness to go above and beyond to make sure all of my problems were answered and taken care of. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure the job was done right from start to finish. I’m extremely happy with this company and the service they provided. I would highly recommend Three D’s Plumbing to anyone needing honest, dependable work. It’s rare these days to find people who take time out of their busy schedules to truly care about their customers and make sure everything is handled properly. Randy and this company definitely exceeded my expectations.”

“Our whole A/C system went down on a weekend and we were worried no one would help us then. However, we received a call from Andrew within a half hour of our call and he came out on tbat Sunday. He did a thorough check of our system, explained what was wrong and helped us figure out how to get things fixed in a way that we could afford. Andrew and Rodney showed up early the following Tuesday (which was sooner than we could have hoped for) and worked hard pulling out the old units, checking the lines etc, and installed everything the same day!!! That is an incredible accomplishment!! I was not well during this and these two amazing gentlemen looked out for me while they worked! That was a kindness and concern I did not expect! These men know what they're doing and care about people! I can't say enough how great these guys are and I highly recommend them if you want top notch skills and caring people to take care of you! Thank you Andrew and Rodney! Thank you Black Plumbing and HVAC!”

“I am writing to share my positive experience with 3D's Plumbing. I have recently hired them for several different projects, and each time Sergio and his crew did a phenomenal job. Sergio and his team were consistently professional and competent in all the work they performed. I highly recommend their services and will continue to use them for any future plumbing needs.”

“Josh and Hunter did an excellent job replacing my hot water heater and and installing a new hot water recirculation pump. In addition they significantly improved my recirculation system by rerouting and installing new piping and valves. Unlike many plumbers, 3Ds Plumbing always provides a detailed invoice of charges which are transparent and reasonable. I never bother to get an estimate before the work because over the years I have always found their prices to be fair and reasonable. I strongly recommend this firm.”

“Zack Gomez with 3D did a great job cleaning out my septic tank He was though and very informative. I was present as he explained everything and answered all my questions. He was efficient and quick. He cleaned and replaced everything back neatly. Well done Zack and 3D. Thank you.”
