He demonstrated kindness, professionalism, and a genuine willingness to go above and beyond to make sure all of my problems were answered and taken care of. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure the job was done right from start to finish. I’m extremely happy with this company and the service they provided. I would highly recommend Three D’s Plumbing to anyone needing honest, dependable work. It’s rare these days to find people who take time out of their busy schedules to truly care about their customers and make sure everything is handled properly. “Our whole A/C system went down on a weekend and we were worried no one would help us then. However, we received a call from Andrew within a half hour of our call and he came out on tbat Sunday. He did a thorough check of our system, explained what was wrong and helped us figure out how to get things fixed in a way that we could afford. Andrew and Rodney showed up early the following Tuesday (which was sooner than we could have hoped for) and worked hard pulling out the old units, checking the lines etc, and installed everything the same day!!! That is an incredible accomplishment!! I was not well during this and these two amazing gentlemen looked out for me while they worked! That was a kindness and concern I did not expect! These men know what they're doing and care about people! I can't say enough how great these guys are and I highly recommend them if you want top notch skills and caring people to take care of you! “Josh and Hunter did an excellent job replacing my hot water heater and and installing a new hot water recirculation pump. In addition they significantly improved my recirculation system by rerouting and installing new piping and valves. Unlike many plumbers, 3Ds Plumbing always provides a detailed invoice of charges which are transparent and reasonable. I never bother to get an estimate before the work because over the years I have always found their prices to be fair and reasonable. I strongly recommend this firm.”
