“Employee arrived exactly at the time we had agreed to on the phone. Before his arrival Brothers had text me and told me he was on his way and sent me a picture of the person. I am disabled and live alone, and this put me at ease knowing what his name was, and what he looks like. The employee immediately went to work in this hot weather. He gave me a quote, I agreed to the price and he worked nonstop. I have artificial turf, and the leak was under the water meter so I was hoping he would do a clean job because it was a lot of mud from the leak and the artificial turf would have to be pulled back while he was working. When he finished the area he had worked at was in perfect condition, and my water was no longer leaking. I was very impressed with the gentleman that did the repairs.”
