“Exceptional craftsmanship with attention to details. They go above and beyond to satisfy their customers. We added a new Storefront with an awning that the custom build. The crew did excellent indoors and outdoors work. Greg is very attentive and responsive to all customers needs. I would highly recommend this business for ANY remodeling needs.”

“Closed soffits, built and installed wood vent in North eave, scraped, sanded, primed,& painted all exterior wood trim. Installed 2 new upstairs windows. Closed crawl space entrance and cut new one in cinder block foundation.”

“I hired NS to draw up plans and to pour a patio and construct a gabled roof extension and outdoor kitchen. The plans turned out pretty well. They started getting ready for the pour and had electrical and plumbing stubout set and we’re ready to pour. I asked when the inspector is supposed to show up and everyone looked at each other and left. Turns out no permits were pulled. 6 weeks later they were back to pour. Concrete guys appeared to do good work but after it finally rained I noticed that the patio is low next to the house so water stands there before it can run off the patio. Stub out for the generator had to be dug out of the slab and relocated. Stub outs for the plumbing on the outdoor kitchen are approximately 2 ft away from the wall where they were supposed to be. After working with them for a little while I was worried about what was going to happen next so I ended up spending time on site heading off problems before they became permanent. Overall, the guys with Northstar are extremely polite and friendly but the consistent problems were too much for me. 5 stars for friendly 1 star for on-site layout.”

They showed up the next day to completely redo my sewer drain lines, they stayed until the job was done and done right. They took care of my house as if it were their own.
