“If I could leave 0 stars I would! When I first moved into a Shawn box property Celeste took forever to do the showing once I finally was able to hear back from her we did a walk through and the place was filled with mouse poop and urine the entire floor and cabinets, closets! I had to clean the place myself and bleach it throughly! Celeste never responds to messages or calls. She is horrible at communicating and doing anything tenants ask such as sending pest control, my neighbor and I who is my grandma as well have been needing pest control to come out my grandma has asked Celeste multiple times to send pest control cause we are now seeing roaches in our homes. She has yet to send and bee asked for over a month now! There is squirrels living under the houses making noises at different hours of the day always. The plumbing is horrible the house is so old and the kitchen.. don’t even get me started. You make a deal with her about rent or have an issue with rent and she goes back and tries to put bad words out on you when you try to rent somewhere else as if she never knew of the conversation or agreement she made with you. I don’t see how she is a property manager and doesn’t do an ounce of her job! She hangs up on you when you try to call her and ask her when she will send pest control. I don’t know what this girl is going through but she needs to leave it outside of work and not take it out on tenants! I will NEVER rent through Shawn Box property ever again! Nasty properties and horrible management! Also they supposedly pay the water at the property I live at and had my water cut off for 2 days! I had to text Celeste to ask what the deal was and why my water was not paid. It took them 2 days to turn it back on!”

I will recommend her 10,0000 times! If you are having trouble with anything, renting, buying a home , Celeste Hamilton is your go-to person !”

“Celeste has been very helpful and easy to reach out to. We are renting and the condition of the house was somewhat disappointing upon arrival. There were a few dirty areas and broken things in the house but Celeste has been responsive and almost everything has been fixed within a few days. Overall good experience.”

“I dealt with Celeste Hamilton from this business on two separate occasions while looking for a home. The first time I never received any return phone call about a residence and after having to complain to an assistant, she promptly called back and said the residence was no longer available. Obviously would have been nice to know that rather than completely ignore my attempts to contact her numerous times. The second time, I was finally able to make contact with her for a second residence I was interested in. She sent over photos as well as an application. I emailed the application back and asked for the tenant/landlord agreement to review prior to sending over the application since it references it in the application. I never heard back from her and sent over the application anyway in fear of losing out on the place. After not hearing from her for a week, I finally looked at another residence and entered a lease with them. Today, TWO WEEKS AFTER I SENT MY APPLICATION, she has the nerve to email me and ask me when I am available for a showing this week. Mind you, she was aware I was wanting/needing to move in around July 1st (or should have known had she reviewed my application). The first time I gave her the benefit of the doubt, the second time.... let's just say I will never use or refer ANYONE to use Shawn Box Real Estate.”

“Purchased a brand new home from this company. Was told our cracked granite counter tops would be fixed a month after we moved in. They gave us the contractors phone number, contractor came out and said they had to be replaced due to the size of the cracks. Was put off time and time again! 2 years later still have 2 large cracks in our master bathroom granite/marble countertops!! Contacted Box construction/real estate via certified mail etc., still being ignored! This is about a $4,000 repair that we are now stuck with, unless I proceed with legal action. 👎🏻”
