“Hands down the best plumbing company I have ever paid for services rendered. TrueTex came out to my ranch (3 hours away) and helped install a septic tank, and 8000 gallons of water on 3 different tanks. Heat tape, and buried the pipes to protect against freeze. Everything was done very professionally. Excavator work, work ethic, not complaining about little things that popped up, having to redo a couple of items because of off grid solutions, etc. I would give them 10 stars if it was an option. I am a real estate broker / property manager, and have dealt with many different plumbing companies over the past 20 years. Wish all of them were as good as TrueTex Plumbing. I am not trying to sound rude with a positive review, but you are an idiot if you read this and do not hire TrueTex Plumbing. You can see how many reviews I leave. That should tell you about this company. Make sure to request Patrick. He is always welcome at any of my properties and will be requested each time. Oh yeah...Cody can come as well.”

“I had two faucets replaced in my home. Ive tried a few other plumbing companies and decided to give this company a chance because one thing i do is read reviews. I was impressed with the reviews and I knew this had to be a positive experience. Dustin and Arce came out and showed up on time as i was promised. Each one of them took a faucet and completed the task in a timely manner. However, I did have a hicup with the bathroom faucet. Jason came out as promised, did a through inspection and fixed the problem quickly. Even though i had a hicup, I will still recognize Dustin, Arce and Jason for all their hard work and promptness. “After waiting a week for another plumbing company to come out, I contacted True Tex Plumbing. The owner, Cody came out that same afternoon to look at our failing septic system. He gave us a verbal estimate for a replacement tank and a great explanation of the work that his company would provide. The next day, they researched our original permit and had the electric company out to flag. Within a few days the new tank was ordered and they started the installation. Most of the work was done the first day. Our sewer system was working that afternoon as promised. The next day, the inspector came out, gave it his ok and they backfilled the dirt and were done by lunch. We are very happy with the speed and service. Everyone at True Tex Plumbing is so helpful and polite. From the office staff who scheduled us and billed us to the work crew. They are knowledgeable, professional and reliant. I highly recommend them and will be calling them again for any plumbing needs I encounter in the future.”

“These fellas did a great job. For me 2 times. Great workers very polite. If you need any septic worh give them a call. And 1 thing more they called me days after an said that they had made a mistake on my bill and they wanted to return the money. Now if that's not a honest company I don't know what is. I highly recommend them.”
