“Pablo and David came out on Thanksgiving and after finding the leak that I’ve been stressed out about going through many channels and with someone else with this company before. Finally, the problem is resolved, and now onto the builders that built this so-called energy efficient! Happy Thanksgiving 🦃 Palbo took the time to explain about the hot water tank. If you need to make it hotter but be careful then go down between A and B but I think 135. I told him it was cold in the shower and I’m just wanting to let you know I’m thankful they found the leak. Also Palbo explains very clearly. Thank you For hiring honorable dedicated men that actually know what they’re doing. Hopefully I don’t have any more issues but when I do, please send these two. 😊”

“We had to Replace our Home Water Softener. Upon Arrival, Pablo immediately noticed that the Bypass switch was in the off position. That would result in "Hard Water" circulating throughout our home. Rather than accepting the results of a water hardness test, he recommended that he return the following Day to test after the switch was placed back in the "on" position. We appreciated His honesty and not merely pushing to sale a new unit. Unfortunately, upon return we did, in fact, need a new unit as we suspected due to it's age. Pablo and Malik were AWESOME. They Fully explained the Process and the Work to be Performed. Once Complete, they remained to ensure the Unit was Working Properly.
