“I only have positive things to say about Concord, Plumbing and Air. We are currently renting a very old home and conquered plumbing has been the service provider sent to our home for maintenance issues on several occasions by our rental company. They have always been prompt and in time. Communication is great, and they always provided us great service. Late on Sunday the AC stopped working and although it was very late at night when a burnt compressor switch was discovered and the technician did not have one. Instead of waiting until the next day, he went above and beyond by going to the shop to see if they had one and returned after 11:00 PM to install the new switch and worked into the next morning to make sure my family had a functioning A/C.”
