“We were very happy with the service we received from o5 Plumbing. They were here to replace the PRV valve for our home. Their price was reasonable, they arrived on time, and our plumber, Nelson, was professional and polite. The job took a bit longer than expected because he needed to go purchase a part to complete the job, but he explained the situation and quickly returned. Once completed, Nelson showed us the work, explained what he did, had us test our water pressure, and made all necessary adjustments to the valve. Finally, he cleaned up the work site so well we could barely tell he had been there. We also appreciated the discount offered to veterans by o5 Plumbing. We would recommend them for all your plumbing needs. Kudos!! Update: We did develop a slow leak in the same line nearly 3 months later and asked o5 to take a look. We were scheduled for 9a, but serious thunderstorms were occurring and we postponed until later in the day. Cameron came out around 5p, a bit later than I would have liked, found the leak and honored o5’s warranty. I asked for an invoice to possibly adjust any excessive water charges from the utility company.”
