He provided a few options including one that would allow me to delay or forego the repair. My washer shutoff valve was broken but he showed me that I could shut off water by using the shutoff valve on my water softener. I was given a free estimate for repair and since price was fair and reasonable I chose to repair. Highly recommend !”
