“Why the company sent someone all the way from seguin to the Castroville area to the Medina area is beyond my comprehension, especially when I looked on their site and there's a Helotes base. But anyway, once Jeff got there, he was finished in less than 20 minutes. Mind you, I already had everything opened up and ready for him. But he was fast. Thank you again.”

The problem was corrected the leak was repaired and most importantly the service level was wonderful. “I called because my tankless water heater isn't working right. They said $75 for the service call and that amount can be put toward the repair if I go with them. The technician arrived and said the diagnosis was going to be $378. I said I thought it was going to be $75. He said "that is for me to drive over here. What if I could call my supervisor and make it $250 for the diagnosis." I told him that U'd like him to leave. He still wanted the $75. Told him he was out of luck.”

When I asked about pricing, the person on the line said they have no information on pricing— suspicious. They assured me that the $75 site visit fee to assess the plumbing will be deducted from the price. I was expecting maybe $150 to replace a water intake pipe to the dishwasher. The repairman arrived at 11am….. I told him my frustration about the fact that I had to book the services without any knowledge of their pricing. And I expressed my frustration that I scheduled this plumber visit at 6am and it was then 11am by the time he arrived. He even agreed that this policy was not fair and a bit predatory. I paid $500 for this plumber to replace a water intake pipe. He even took his lunch while repairing this. No sense of urgency, and no true service when you book with this company. And the worst part is all the advertising emails you get. It’s all spam and they don’t even offer a good service. I would NEVER recommend this company.”

“Roto Rooter’s top tier service saved ys from having to pay thousands! The night before, we noticed water leaking through the ceiling. What started off as a small drip turned into a tiny hole and after calling Roto Rooter at 2am they were able to send someone to turn the water off so we could wait until the morning for someone to come and see what the issue was. The next morning David arrived and showed us the water lurking inside the ceiling using a laser detector type thing and informed us it was the A/C drain line which was hooked up to our upstairs bathroom sink and was causing it to clog and subsequently overflow into the ceiling. The fix was a lot simpler than we’d first imagined. So he scheduled for Jeff to come by an hour later with the fix. From the moment Jeff showed up he was quick to ease any leftover worries we may have had and walked us through what he was going to do and he got it done in no time! “Only updating the review to claim there was no confusion...on my end.. being told there is no service charge and then turning around trying to charge me a service fee is not confusion. I would just be mindful when setting an appointment. I called sometime last week with an issue I was told there is no service fee. They put it in had someone from scheduling call me to set up the schedule again no service fee mentioned (mind you first call was told 0$) day of I was told it is a $75 service fee I told them I was told there was no service fee when they called again to schedule I was not informed of anything they said they would call to see if anyone would honor that after several minutes the rep returned back to me stating there was no plumber willing to honor the no service fee that I was told, for me.
