Everything was fine for a couple of months, but then they went two weeks in a row without cleaning out the toilet (my rental contract was for weekly cleanings). When I called the first time they said it was their policy that if access to the toilet was blocked they would not service the toilet. I completely understand this but I was on site the first time and the driver never even got out of the truck. The driver simply pulled up and sat in his truck for about 15 seconds then drove off. I was looking right at him and trying to ask him if I needed to move my truck. He made no attempt to ask anyone to move the vehicle or locate its owner, not to mention there is a 2nd driveway that he could have used to access the toilet had he made even a half-hearted attempt to do his job. The following week I was not on scene when the driver attempted to service the toilet but I know that there was only one contractor with one vehicle working at the house that day.
