“Reliable Air really lives up to their name! My AC was leaking water, and they were able to come out quickly, arriving right on time. Alex was incredibly thorough and professional. He took the time to explain what was causing the issue (a clogged drain), how it happened, and even gave me tips on how to help prevent it in the future. He didn’t just fix the problem and leave; he also made sure the system was running within normal limits before he left, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. The price felt very reasonable for the level of service I received. Great experience overall, and I highly recommend Reliable Air!”

“Geoff saved the day!!! When a clogged toilet turned into raw sewage backing up into the tub, toilet, & KITCHEN SINK, we had no idea how to fix the problem ourselves. We called a couple companies but decided on Reliable Air. It was late at night when I called, but they still answered. We scheduled Geoff to come out in the morning, but he still gave us some advice on how to mitigate the sewage situation in the meantime. 9 am sharp, Geoff, a master plumber, showed up and immediately got to work. He was fast and efficient, but incredibly thorough, approaching the clog from multiple angles and not quitting until he yielded some positive results. We cannot thank him and Reliable Air enough. He was extremely professional and polite and wasted no time in solving our plumbing problems. Add to that, the very reasonable price for his work- we couldn't have asked for a better experience with a plumber! We will be calling Geoff for all our future plumbing needs! 🚽💩”

“Cheryl called the morning after submitting a service request on the website and scheduled to have Alex arrive that afternoon - quick response! Alex did a thorough check of the system, which was working ok when he arrived. But then he coupled that with my observations and made a good determination of the issue and proposed a fix. Intermittent issues are hard to diagnose sometimes but Alex knew what was likely going on. We've used Reliable on 3 different properties since 2019 and always had great service!”

“My HVAC system failed. I was thankful it wasn't in 100 degree temperatures. But it was still hot. I called and they came out right away for this 78 year old. They gave me the choice of a $1000 repair or a new system. I chose a new system as this was the third major repair on a very old system. They were able to get it done right away taking into consideration my age. They were very polite and kind as well as upbeat and in good spirits. They were also neat and tidy. Alex does a good job and leads a good team. I appreciate them and highly recommend them.”

“We had to follow up a few times because the technician did not arrive when they said they would. We also called the dispatch to set up the appointment to have somebody come out but they never did. We called again and learned that whoever answered the phone never bothered to talk to the tech. Because of this they said they would arrive at 7:00am the next day. That is early for a Sunday but we were ready. They did not arrive until almost 9:00am after many calls and text. Then to top it off we paid a premium for the service. I learned later that other shops would have charged almost 20% less. Not very excited about this company. That was our experience maybe yours will be better.”

“My furnace stopped working on the coldest day of the year. Naturally it was on a Friday evening making it impossible to find help. I left messages at several local companies To no avail. Thankfully Reliable Air called back Saturday morning and by that afternoon the technician (Alex) arrived. Alex went through the process of troubleshooting it while keeping me informed along the way. As a retired engineer, everything he checked, made perfect sense. Alex finally came to the conclusion of what was needed, and made it a priority to get it repaired as quickly as he could. After checking with others, having similar work completed, their price was right on target. I would highly recommend this company for all your HVAC needs!”
