“Rene Ortegon did an excellent job. He knew exactly what was going on with in the first few minutes of being at my home. He explained everything that he was going to do in detail. Of course I had a lot of questions and he answered all my questions and reassured me everything would be fine. Job well done. He arrived on time, was professionally courteous, and clearly knowledgeable about the issue our Hot Water Heater was having, Paul explained the problem in simple terms completed the repair efficiently. I like to point out his attention to detail and respect to the customer’s property. We have a white folding door on our utility closet where our unit is stored. After working on disassembling old water heater and installing the new unit naturally a technician’s hands are going to get dirty, when he was ready to reinstall our white closet door, he took the time to ask if he could wash his hands at our kitchen sink. He washed his hands thoroughly so that our white door wouldn’t get dirty. As the homeowner, I truly appreciated his professionalism and skill toward getting the job done and making sure the work area was left clean and the customer was satisfied with everything.
