“Dillon was awesome. He explained every step of the way what he was doing and different scenarios of what he could find. He explained in laymen terms so we understood. The kitchen sink was unclogged. A problem occurred three hours later. I called the office and Dillon was back in a flash and saved the day. I was super pleased and impressed. Excellent service from my fist phone call until my second request.”

“My water heater failed over the weekend, causing me to turn my water off at the main, so Monday morning at 8 am I called A1 plumbing explained my situation to Marlene and she was so sweet and immediately put me on the schedule. Within an hour I had John at my house checking everything out. He got me a quote (that was so reasonable) that included replacing faulty pipes and shut off valves (my water heater was 25yrs old) new venting, an upgraded water heater with all the modern conveniences. The best part, he replaced it, turned the water and gas back on, and moved and hooked back up my washer and dryer the same day!!! I was beyond happy. I will definitely be using them for all my plumbing needs. They were fast, reasonably priced, and cleaned up like they had never been there. I’m so glad I called them. Ps they even went and got the permit from the city so I didn’t have to.”
