SERVICE SOLUTIONS PLUMBING LLC

Service Solutions Plumbing LLC operates out of Sheridan, Texas as a straightforward plumbing outfit focused on residential and light commercial work. They handle the day to day pipe and fixture problems that come up in this part of the state where summer heat and occasional hard freezes put extra stress on lines and equipment. The crew shows up with the tools and parts needed to get water flowing again without turning a simple repair into an all day job. Homeowners in Sheridan and nearby spots call them when leaks show up under sinks or when older water heaters start acting up and need attention before they fail completely.

Their work centers on leak detection to find hidden issues in walls or slabs, water heater repair and full replacement when units quit, plus sewer and drain clearing to keep lines open during heavy rains. They also handle RPZ testing for backflow prevention on irrigation systems and run full drain solutions when roots or buildup cause backups. The plumbers work directly on site, diagnosing the problem first then giving a clear price before starting, which keeps surprises off the table. In Texas conditions they see a lot of calls for frozen pipe fixes in winter and sediment flushed from heaters during the long hot months when usage stays high.

Customers keep coming back because the jobs finish on time with parts that hold up and no unnecessary add ons that drive costs higher. Feedback points to fast arrival times when emergencies hit, clean work that does not leave a mess behind, straightforward pricing that matches the quote, and phone calls returned the same day instead of waiting. That steady record of getting it right the first time builds the kind of reputation that matters for local trades. DIRT Score 4.23 from 84 reviews on Finds.

“Service Solutions is the best. They have done work for my family for a few years now and we have never had any problems with their work . The workers in the office and the out of office workers are equally professional, well trained, helpful, timely and any other positive attributes. I really like and respect this business. I can call many of them by their first name. This is a business that I highly recommend for any plumbing or A/C work needed. This company is a genuine God blessing for my family and I look forward to doing business with them for years to come. Thank you for the opportunity to write good things about them.”

“Brad came out twice. Both times we were entirely satisfied with the work he did. First time he had to get into the attic to confirm that there was not a leak. Thank goodness. Second time was to replace the drain mechanism in the shower. He was quick, thorough and did good solid neat job.”

“I have way too much to say so I will list the top notch service we just had. 1. When they schedule an appointment, they arrive on time. 2. By the time they get there, they already have a plan. And they already have a back up plan in case things don’t go as planned! 3. They are experienced, professional, and very personable, not minding explaining the process to me! We had a large fire hydrant burst in our yard due to all the ice and snow we got. Jessie came out and worked in the pouring rain to get the problem solved. When he realized that it was a larger problem, he scheduled a tractor and another technician to come out the next week. He evaluated the weather schedule and he was right on track. Every bit of what I defined happened. Punctual. They explained how that hydrant actually serv”
