“Avoid them at all costs. Home warranty sent them out and they lied to me saying my water pressure was too high. They said it was 120 PSI. They wanted to install a pressure reducing valve and quoted $1000. They broke my other faucet and refused to come back and fix it. I got my own gauge and it read 80 PSI. A different company came out and replaced the bad shower cartridge and sink cartridge. Two other plumbers said they could install the valve for $500-$600. They’re scamming people. I contacted them and they ghosted me. Photo attached”

“These guys are great! They dispatched someone that came out and fixed a real issue. We received a bit for the full repair and we scheduled them to come back to complete further repairs. They were on-time, professional, completed the work in less time that was planned and they came in way under the bid price... which never happens anymore. “We had them come out on a home warranty call to replace a water heater. They installed the expansion tank so close to the door that the closet would not close, kinked the hose to the emergency relief valve that goes outside, and failed to plumb the drain pan to the line outside. They also stained the carpet removing the old water heater, though it is being replaced anyway, so I'm not really upset about that. When asked to address these issues, they asked for pictures, which I sent. They then ghosted me. I have not heard from them since and it's been months. I have reminded them of the issues multiple times, but I get nothing. I would not recommend this company.”

“We used this company through a home insurance Agency to replace our water heater. Just got an inspection done that was unrelated, but had something checked on our water heater and found some things not to code. We then reached out This company asking them what they could do for us half expecting to get blushed off, but they were very professional and sent someone out to help us. As far as customer service goes 10 out of 10 and the gentlemen that came to update everything was very quick and had great attention to detail. We are very grateful for the respect that we were given and quickness that they addressed the problem. Would definitely use this company again just for the fact that they took care of us.”

“Terrible customer service. Our warranty company assigned Matlock Rotor Service to do a repair and they were supposed to contact us within 24 hours to set up an appt, but they did not and we had to reach out to them get things going. Once the diagnosis appt was complete we were told the report would be submitted the same day and we would be contacted the next day by noon. We never got a call back and we again had to reach out to them leaving voice mails and sending txts, but have not received any return calls or txts. We had to get the warranty company involved and they confirmed that Matlock had still not submitted the report which is suppose to be done 1-2 business after the initial visit. We are now 3 business days post the initial visit and still no report. I would never use this comp”
