About
Osage Plumbing, HVAC, AC & Furnace Repair works out of Springdale, Texas as a plumbing outfit that takes on the pipe and water issues homeowners run into every day. They handle repairs and replacements across houses in the area where summer heat and the occasional hard freeze can crack lines or back up drains. The crew focuses on getting water systems back in order whether the problem sits under a sink, in the yard, or along the main line coming into the house. Springdale has plenty of older builds that leak or clog without warning, so these plumbers keep the calls coming in for straightforward fixes that stop the mess before it spreads to floors or walls.
Plumbers from this shop clear stopped drains, replace worn faucets and valves, and reroute pipes when a layout no longer works for the home. They trace leaks behind walls or under slabs by listening and digging only where needed, then patch or swap sections without tearing up more than necessary. In Texas heat, water heaters and outdoor spigots take extra wear, so the team checks pressure and flow to head off bursts. Homeowners call when toilets run nonstop or garbage disposals grind to a halt, and the crew shows up with the right tools to test, tighten, and restore function the same day if the job stays simple. They also install new fixtures during remodels so everything lines up and holds without early callbacks.
Customers keep coming back because the work holds up under daily use and the crew explains what went wrong instead of pushing extra parts. Speed matters when a main line breaks and water keeps rising, while quality shows in joints that stay dry after the first heavy rain. Price stays reasonable on routine calls without surprise markups on common parts. Communication stays direct so owners know the next step before any digging starts. What Customers Say
“I had called several HVAC companies to come out and have a look at my AC that wasn’t blowing cold air. Each company identified a different problem that they were sure would solve the issue. $$$$. Osage came out same day and when they told me what was wrong… which made a lot more sense. They repaired quickly and at a very fair price. After the unit was running a wire shook loose the next day in the condenser unit. I called them back out and they fixed it for free… Ultimately they identified the actual problem and solved it instead of trying to charge for items not broken. When it comes time to get a new unit… will definitely be calling these guys. It’s very difficult to find a good and honest HVAC company in this area. If you’re having problems like I did… call Osage Air. Wyatt was great!”
“The gas company detected a leak after replacing my gas meter. Trent with Osage Plumbing came out the same day to help me. We figured out what needed to be done, and he worked me into his schedule. I appreciated the prompt communication and care. He capped an old wall heater, replaced a valve, and added new flex line on my water heater. I passed the pressure test and got my gas back on. Great service.”
“Trent did a very thorough job trying to find the source of a leak (wet spot in drywall). We were extremely happy with the outcome. He was timely, and very professional! I would definitely use their services in the future.”
“As a mother of two young children, there are few things more vulnerable than having to call for emergency plumbing or HVAC service when you’re home alone. Every experience we’ve had with Osage Plumbing & HVAC has left me feeling safe, respected, and genuinely cared for. Their technicians have always been professional, courteous, and trustworthy. They took the time to explain what was happening, answered my questions without making me feel intimidated, and treated both my home and my family with respect. I never once felt uncomfortable having them in my home, which is something every parent can appreciate. Beyond that, they’ve consistently prioritized our family’s health and safety, even during inconvenient times, severe weather, and urgent situations. They’ve earned our trust through the”
“We used this business through a warranty insurance company. They came to fix my mom's A/C but a day later it quit working. Called them back and within a couple of hours they came back and took care of the issue. This is what great customer service is all about. Strongly recommended!!”
“Unreliable Service and Broken Promises I strongly advise against using Osage Air. This is a company that does not honor its written agreements and lacks transparency with its customers. Roughly four years ago, I paid a significant amount to patch a refrigerant leak in my AC unit. At the time, I wasn’t informed that a patch was often just a temporary fix rather than a permanent solution, only to have the issue resurface a year or so later. When I was then advised to replace the entire unit, the decision was made much easier because I was explicitly promised—in writing via email—a 5-year warranty on both the unit and labor. However, after the installation was complete, the company changed their business model. They informed me that they would only honor the labor warranty if I purchased a”
“Osage Plumbing rescued us this week when out water heater suddenly went out. Trent was at the house withing a couple hours of my initial call to diagnose the problem and Lacee hunted down the sensor we needed asap. I really appreciate that they didn't try to upsell us into getting a new water heater. The service was professional and courteous from start to finish. They will be our first call with any future problems.”
“I had a 20 year old HVAC unit that we were limping along to get through each season, about 18 months ago it finally became too time consuming and financially unfeasible to continue to salvage the system. Osage was not my first call, but was for sure my last. Since the installation, which was timely, professional and affordable, we have maintained our maintenance contract with Osage and they have been not only responsive and even more professional (if someone can believe that) but have worked with our crazy lives to make sure we as customers are taken care of and serviced in a manner that fits our busy lives. The financing offered made the situation of having to spend thousands of dollars easier to work into our monthly budget. I recommend Osage to anyone I speak with daily for their HV”
“Great Company! Fast service & everyone I met or spoke with was helpful & knowledgeable about the products. They installed 2 water heaters & left our home clean when they finished the install. I dealt with Trent & Grant & couldn't be happier with them. I don't give out 5 stars very often, but this company deserves that rating from me. Call them next time you have plumbing issues.”
“We have paid Osage over $17k this year. Beware of all of their solicited reviews. After any interaction with you they solicit reviews, but if you have any kind of legitimate problem with their work they'll give you the middle finger. A few weeks ago we hired Osage to repair an emergency leak on our hot water line, which we could hear spraying in the wall. The plumber they sent over not only didn't have any tools (he had to borrow mine), but he also completely lacked the skill set to detect where the leak was. All he did was cut open our walls and left the problem completely unresolved. First, before cutting open our walls, he should have told us this type of leak was beyond his area of expertise. We didn't hire some shmoe to cut open our walls and peak around. The actual leak detection com”
