“From the technicians Marvin and Corey to Nicole and Ashley in the main office, I don't think I could be happier with the service! Marvin and Corey are both knowledgeable and very pleasant to deal with! Both explained, in clear terms, what was wrong and what needed to be done to fix it. All with upfront estimates. “The service man was nice and well behaved, but after he failed to get his auger More than 2ft. In approximately, he stated he would have to get on the roof thue the vent. We got our auger all 15ft. Before he arrived. Also his auger cracked the pipe, causing a leak.The roof would make the bill over 400.00$, instead of the 174.00$. We couldn't afford that, so we decided to recect the pipe from the crawl space up. It worked fine. We were surprised to find that he charged us his full price for a 15 minute failed attempt, especially since he chose not to go through the clean out plug. We also had a noisy (full of water) expansion tank on our water heater, and Alex returned the next day to replace it with a new expansion tank. Great service!”
