Stith Plumbing and HVAC

Stith Plumbing and HVAC runs its operation from Springdale, TX and handles plumbing work as the main trade while also managing HVAC tasks for residential customers. The crew deals with the kinds of issues that pop up in a Texas town, like pipes that leak during heavy rains or air systems that struggle through the summer heat. They cover service calls across nearby spots and keep things moving with repairs that get water back where it belongs and temperatures back under control. Homeowners count on this kind of local help when something breaks at odd hours or during bad weather.

Plumbers from this outfit show up to fix leaking faucets, clear out clogged drains, and replace old water heaters that have seen better days. They also take on HVAC jobs such as getting the cooling unit running again after it quits in the middle of a hot spell or putting in new heating equipment before winter hits. Maintenance checks help prevent bigger problems down the line, and the team moves quickly on emergency calls where water starts rising in the basement or the house turns too cold to stay comfortable. Work gets done with an eye on getting the job right the first time so folks can get back to normal without extra visits.

Reviews for this crew point to solid performance across the board with quick responses when trouble hits, solid work that holds up over time, fair rates that do not surprise anyone at the end, and clear talk about what needs doing and how long it will take. Homeowners in the area mention that the plumbers and techs show respect for the property and finish without leaving a mess behind. That kind of consistent effort builds trust in a trade where reliability matters most during tough situations. DIRT Score 4.56 from 121 reviews on Finds.

“Cannot appreciate this place enough!! Our fan went out on our HVAC system right at the beginning of July and they were able to fix us in almost no time! They communicated throughout the process, didn’t leave us wondering on next steps, and their customer service is absolutely fantastic. We’ve used them for both plumbing and hvac services and both times, wowed us. Also, no upsells! This was such a great experience. HUGE BONUS: do call them, Leigh, their customer service representative, is the absolute best to talk to! She’s bubbly, cheerful, and immediately takes away the stress of whatever system is giving you reason to call. She is an absolute delight!! - Jen”

“Zach was incredibly helpful (and resilient) to help us figure out a clogged pipe that was backing up into the house. The evening before he came, he was kind enough to share tips over the phone on how I might be able to fix it myself, then called back the next morning to check in. Definitely needed his expertise and equipment to get the job done. Would 10 outta 10 recommend.”

“Highly recommend Stith Plumbing for your HVAC and Plumbing needs. 5 stars for Ridge, Zack and Kathy.”

“Called them with a unique problem left by another plumber and they were able to send a tech out the next day, get us an estimate, and complete the repair the following day. Wonderful customer service and quick results”

“They were able to fit me in the next day. Ridge showed up promptly and diagnosed the problem quickly. He took his time making sure everything was up to par and testing all over the house for possible carbon monoxide. Not only will I use Stith again I will be specifically requesting Ridge if he’s available. Outstanding company. They came highly recommended by my brother in law and surpassed my expectations.”

“Wonderful customer service. Excellent communication, fast, and friendly. Our AC went out, and it was pouring rain. We call Stith without any expectation that they could come on a stormy day. Within two hours there was a small break in the weather, and Stith was here repairing our unit. They had us fixed up in 15 minutes.”

“They are absolutely the best! I've used their services three times for different needs and I keep recommending them to everyone. My friends now only trust Stith's company for plumbing and HVAC. When I called for help on a hot 91°F day because my AC broke, the Stith team came to my house the same day. They fixed it within 30 minutes and took the time to clearly explain what went wrong and what needed to be done. They've also helped me with plumbing in the past, and they’ve always been quick and friendly. On top of that, their prices are very reasonable. I’m proud to be a loyal customer and I highly recommend Stith Plumbing & HVAC.”

“Ridge was presentable and very knowledgeable he was efficient and was able to allay any fears about our system. I think he is exemplary and could be trusted for an honest appraisal of our HVAC system. He goes above and beyond”

“10/10 This is not the first time we have used Stith for our homes needs. They provide fast friendly service, that is affordable and reasonable. Ridge was an awesome representative of the company as was Lalo (sp?). Would highly recommend.”

“Ridge was so professional. He came early and walked us through the issues we called in about. I would request him specifically moving forward.”
