“This is the second time we have used Erath Plumbing in the last few months. The first time was for a bathroom remodel (new shower with door, toilet moved over several inches and new vanity that required plumbing to be moved over from the left side to the middle of vanity) and the second time a simple outdoor faucet replacement. Both times our experience with the plumbers and Jodi (phones, scheduling and answering questions) were exceptional—so friendly and knowledgeable. They actually were able to come out the same day I called for the faucet repair. Their field workers leave the site clean and there was great communication with us. While we were on vacation they were working in our house and they sent us pictures of an area with unexpected rotted wood and wet insulation and a main water valve shutoff that was leaking. We called them and they explained the process of repair and had an estimate to fix those issues. We did have to call them during the first remodel to look at some caulking that had been done that we weren’t thrilled with, they came that same day to look at it and were back the next day and fixed it at no charge. Their attitude towards fixing that issue really proved to me that this is a great company to use—they care about the product they put out. Erath Plumbing will continue to be my go to plumber for any work we need to have done.”

“Doug and Bill did an excellent job on finding our septic tank. We had a blockage and possibly full tank with no solid idea where it was. It is for a house we bought with no records of it, so, it wasn't any easy job. They ran their camera from inside the house the full length of its ability and didn't get to the tank. They didn't give up, though and finally found it just past that point, which is way beyond where you would expect a tank to be. We are so relieved they persevered, because we were close to abandoning the idea of having the tank pumped, but now we know we can and we have options from them for how to make the system better.”
