“We purchased two houses in Stephenville and were furnished with Homeowner Warranties on them. When we had some plumbing problems, in both houses, the warranty companies sent out Mabry Plumbing to address the problems. They were prompt, professional, and got the problems fixed. Because of that good experience, when we decided to change out the toilets and fixtures in one house, we called Mabry Plumbing. Again, they were first rate in their service and were very reasonable in their pricing. We could not be more pleased and recommend them highly.”

“If I could give negative ten stars, I would. We hired Mabry Plumbing to do a complete plumbing overhaul on a commercial building. He gave us the initial bid, but told us that for all of the manual labor we did (cutting out concrete, digging trenches, etc.) it would take off of that total. We paid him the first installment which was 50% of the total, and they started working. They drug their feet from the start, and getting them there to do the work when they said they would was a constant chore. My husband and I set about doing all of the manual labor as described which included cutting out tons of concrete and digging several trenches, including one that was two feet wide, three feet deep and spanned the entire length of the building. We paid him the next 40% and work continued at a snails pace, constantly putting our remodel further and further behind schedule. When it came down to it, Phil Mabry still demanded 100% of the initial bid in order to finish the job, despite the fact that we had done so much of the work that the bid included. At that point we were already too far in with him to start over with someone new without having to pay even more, so we paid the last 10% just to get the job done. HE REFUSED TO FINISH IT AFTER BEING PAID IN FULL. We ended up having to hire and pay another company to finish the job and fix several mistakes, and we are constantly having to fix more things that he did wrong. Do yourself a favor, and hire pretty much anyone else.”

“Our home warranty company dispatched this company for a water heater problem. I never heard from them and when I called the guy said he would try to work me in. He was not able to do so. he asked me for the water heater information. He said he would contact the warranty company without coming to our house. He said this would speed things up. He never sent a report to the warranty company then lied to me about doing that. I called the warranty company and they reported that they had no contact from them. I tried to call the plumber and he would not return my call. I have been without a water heater for 9 days and it looks like I might have to replace it myself. Do not use this company ever.”
