“I love this company! Phil, Howard, James, Trey, Patrick...every last one of these guys (doesn't matter who shows up for the job) they are going to absolutely take great care of you! I was introduced to this company because my general contractor uses them as a preferred vendor for his renovation company. We were converting some garage space to a guest bedroom with an ensuite and Pipe Dreams was the one my GC went with for the complicated plumbing needs of that project. "Complicated" is no exaggeration; they had to trench my entire front yard and tunnel under the house, crawl through tight attic spaces to run water lines and vent stacks, drill through the 24'' cement beams in my foundation, and probably 100 other things I will never know they had to do because they never once made a big deal out of it...they just got the job done with extreme care and excellence! Whatever snag or difficulty we ran into along the way, Phil and his team had answers; even though many times the solution meant difficult, backbreaking work for them. Their strong work ethic was refreshing! Today, my GC and I were working on another reno at a property I manage that involved needing to repair a clogged HVAC condensation line, so of course we trusted Pipe Dreams with the job. Howard got us all fixed up in no time at all and he and Trey even squeezed in a bonus project I tossed on them last minute. Usually when you have to call a plumber, it's on the heals of a catastrophe, but working with Pipe Dreams feels like your family just showed up to help save the day. Love this group!
