“This review is long overdue and I apologize for that. Back in late March my stepmom air conditioning unit went out late on a Friday, and of course it was on the hottest weekend of March! I called Canyon State and they sent Fredrick out on Friday night. It was dark and he went up onto the roof to take a look (hard hat, headlight, and all), but unfortunately the unit was 38 years old and the whole unit needed to be replaced. We arranged to have new unit installed on Monday. Everyone that I spoke with, from the office workers, Amy, Taylor and Sabrina (yes, I called a lot) were polite, and helpful. One gal was even working from home and was sick, that is dedication! The guys that were onsite were efficient and kept us up to date on the status. I really appreciated Ryan, Izzy, Dominic and Anton”

Also I need to add comments on the professionalism of Dominic Muro and his associate (I lost his name, sorry) when it came time for the installation of ductwork to the laundry room. There were absolutely no problems, and they were complete and wrapped up in about half the time my wife and I were expecting. Great guys, very capable, a nice neat and professional job! The following day I asked to speak to him about a question I forgot to bring up. He returned my call quickly and said he would look into my question the next day and call me. He never did. “I purchased a trane unit from this company several years ago they were great had a service contract nice folks. Not sure what happened if it changed ownership or what. I have been calling for weeks and no one can return my calls. Its time for some additional new units they will not be getting my business. I finally got a call back while doing this review. The lady that called me could care less! just reassured me that they don't want any business. Our whole block is doing remodeling we are using the same contractor for our remodeling. My neighbor told me he had been calling canyon state as well with same problem. Don't waste your time with these care less people. VERY Poor customer service for a returning customer that bought one of there best largest units and now wanted 2 more. Beware!!”
