“So I have used this company for yrs, we bought a new house almost 2 yrs ago, every month I’ve been paying 4-800$ every time they came out! FOR THE SAME THING! They unclog the pipe then leave! We’ve been begging them to just replace it! Well… last week. After I had a major life saving surgery, we called them yet again, and they finally marked the issues, well… MARK fired them, Devon has been amazing and the only reason we’ve used them for the last yr alone… mark brought up his personal stuff and used it to fire his employees! While on the job, so basically he took our money, we are still having issues and mark is getting a divorce! This was crazy! I really liked the personal relationship feeling, and we were always treated kind and with gratitude, the lady at the front desk is rude, and doesn’t return calls, anyhow find a better company ppl!”

“I unfortunately had an atrocious experience with Marks team. I was hoping maybe it would be made right but unfortunately all I received was a return phone call from the same "tech" vomiting the same excuses when we contested the bill initially. They flat out robbed us. A 2-3 hour quoted install of a tankless water heater that I personally provided the filter and housing, the isolation valves needed for the job, and the heater itself. It was grossly amateur. It ended up taking a specific 2 man team 7 hours at $120 / hr, on youtube trying to figure out two water lines and a gas line. They also charged me nearly $700 worth of parts. After a physical counting, I bought 22 feet of pex, ($8/10' sticks), 22 pex fittings at an overestimate of $4 per fitting, a separate new water filter because they just needed an unnecessary mount, and 4 3" elbows at an also generous $2 a piece. 16+88+70+8=apparently $700? Also they "reworked" my gas line, an excuse mentioned repeatedly, but in reality they just changed a 90 out and threw on a gas connector hose. Disappointingly its about as dishonest as it gets, or just plain negligence, im not sure which or care to decide. I plumb too man. I'd be let go if I pulled something sorry like this. Just needed an invoice for warranty. Photos are included. $1500 for this crap, and I supplied the expensive stuff. Dont get burned like I did.”
