AZ Home Services Group AC Repair & Plumbing Services

AZ Home Services Group AC Repair & Plumbing Services works as plumbers out of Tempe, TX. They center their efforts on water lines, fixtures, and drainage that keep houses functional through the long hot stretches common in this part of Texas. The crew handles both repair calls and full installs while drawing on their listed experience with HVAC work that often overlaps with plumbing problems. Homeowners in the area face pipe expansion from heat, heavy drain use, and occasional sewer backups tied to local soil and weather shifts. This setup lets them move between jobs without leaving gaps in what they can handle on a single visit.

They show up for water heater repair and replacement when units fail during peak summer loads, along with drain unclogging to clear blockages from grease or roots that build up fast in Texas heat. Leak repair covers everything from small drips under sinks to hidden lines in walls, while toilet repair and installation plus shower work fix the daily wear that comes from constant use. Sewer line repair addresses deeper issues that surface after storms or ground movement. The team runs 24-7 so calls for emergency leaks or clogs get answered the same day, and they focus on straightforward fixes that match what the house actually needs rather than pushing extra parts.

Customers keep coming back because the group moves quick on urgent jobs, holds prices steady without surprise add-ons, and explains each step in plain terms before starting. Quality shows in how the repairs hold up through another Texas summer without callbacks, and communication stays direct from the first call to the final walkthrough. That combination builds the kind of record that stands out on a large volume of work. DIRT Score 4.99 from 1485 reviews on Finds.

“I had a leak in my attic from the drain on my AC being clogged. Another company came out and cleared the clog but did not identify the root of the problem which resulted in water leaking into my house a couple days later. I contacted AZ Home Services Group and they were able to come out quickly, trouble shoot the issue, and correct everything properly. The technician also took the time to explain everything that was being done and why. He didn't try to sell me on New AC units even though I will need them soon or some service plan . Very professional and helpful.”

“At 11:00 pm on a Friday night, a technician from AZ Home Services Group stopped by my house to troubleshoot my AC system. It was determined that a new System was needed. I was given a fair quote for the new Trane 5 ton split system. They picked up the new units on Saturday, and we're at my house at 8:00 am Sunday morning. Everyone from the owner to the troubleshooting technician, to the installers were professional, and treated me with respect and kindness knowing how tough it is having an AC system fail late on a Friday! I am completely satisfied with the professionalism, craftsmanship, and sense of urgency displayed by everyone I dealt with at AZ Home Services Group.”

“$153 for looking at the unit for 1 minute! The AC repair technician was knowledgeable but only provided the $800+ expensive fan motor replacement option! He did not give information that only the wires had come disconnected causing the AC not to run! I was lucky to have an associate whom previously worked in the AC business for 15 years. The AC works fine again after we changed wire ends and reconnected!”

“I have had struggles with my AC unit. All the guys that have come out have been very thorough, and make it easy to understand what is happening. They are very flexible and great with communication! Highly recommend!”

“I quoted 4 different companies for a water heater replacement. AZ Home Services got me the best price, and was about $300-$500 less than the others. They were very transparent with pricing and honest about where we could repurpose items like the drip pan to help lower the cost. The job was done in less than 24 hours of me making my first phone call. Very nice company. Will go with them again in the future.”

“So our AC just gave out this morning right when the kids were running wild, and honestly it was a nightmare. First time dealing with AZ Home Services Group but Frank showed up pretty fast. He figured out what part was broken and swapped it out. Now the house is cool again which is such a relief with all the noise and mess around here. Definitely feeling better knowing the air’s fixed and it’s one less thing stressing me out. I’d call them again for sure.”
