“⭐⭐⭐ We were asked to leave a 5-star review, and I want to start by saying Mason personally earned that. He was respectful, professional, efficient, and cleared our issue quickly. The problem was a small toy flushed down the toilet. Before any work was done, we were quoted $560 for the service. When I explained that we only needed the toy removed and had paid around $100 for a similar issue in the past, the price was reduced to the company’s minimum service charge of $199. That is a significant difference from the original quote and left me wondering how the pricing was being determined. To Mason’s credit, he cleared the blockage with a rooter tool in just a couple of minutes and explained everything he was doing. He also stated that if he couldn’t remove the toy, we would not be charged”

He went ahead with the camera to diagnose a blockage and found our sewer line had been clipped, most likely from an internet fiber cable company working on our street. Mason then called the ACC and City of Scottsdale to let them know this was a sewer emergency, as well as contacting the fiber cable company supervisor on my behalf to advise them of their possible responsibility and before he had written up my paperwork the City of Scottsdale was here spraying blue line. “2nd appointment in two months. Our kitchen drain backed up and are we glad Mason was here to save the day. Upon his arrival he found that we almost flooded the kitchen cabinet trying to work on the plumbing ourselves. Did you know that Roto Rooter even has a water clean up team.
