I was able to text with a technician on a Sunday and they sent Daniel out first thing Monday morning. We were all fixed up in about an hour and Daniel gave us lots of tips to help us remediate ourselves in the future. Will definitely be using the going forward!”

“My builder installed my tub incorrectly in my new build. Leaked downstairs into my pantry. When I called to get everything repaired they said they would come out. They canceled and rescheduled. The second time they told me I had an 8-12pm window. I took off of work again and waited. I called them at 12pm and they said they’d call me back but didn’t. 2pm, I called again. They said they’ll call the technician. So I missed another full day of work. When I called the next day to speak to the owner the receptionist was so unprofessional. She clearly didn’t want to hear me speak so put me on hold (instead of hanging up on me), which I guess is nice (ha!). I would avoid this company. I had to get legal council in order to get them to make any moves. The owner was nice but he needs to rethink who he has managing his company and answering the phones.”
