“Unprofessional Conduct and Disrespect Toward Others' Property I work as an independent contractor providing valet trash services for local apartment complexes. As part of my job, I use a large, newly purchased Uline bin (valued at over $700) to collect and transport residential waste. Yesterday, when I arrived at the property to begin my route, I discovered that my bin was missing. After spending over 40 minutes searching for it, I contacted the property management. They informed me that Centex had been on-site and likely took my bin without permission. Eventually, someone associated with Centex returned the cart, but not only was there no apology, the bin was filled with loose construction debris and covered in drywall dust. This was completely unacceptable — not only was my property taken without authorization, but it was also returned damaged and dirty, causing a significant delay in my work. Beyond this incident, the worksite Centex left behind was messy and hazardous, with debris scattered across the property where residents walk and live. It shows a lack of respect for the community and other professionals working there. All of this could have been handled better with a simple apology and some basic decency, such as cleaning the bin they had no right to use in the first place. Unfortunately, that didn’t happen. I would not recommend working with or hiring Centex based on this experience. Their disregard for others' property, lack of professionalism, and messy worksite speak volumes.”

“First week my family and I almost died in electrical issue I mentioned.. comes to find out the panel was melting and I had to evacuate my family!! Then next Sunday the pipes are cracked and leaking.. now I am wondering next Sunday I am off what else this managers Roger and Tyler from magnolia tx myrtle gardens are hiding from me bc they would show me the sprinkler system to teach me .. obously he knew pipes are cracked”
