The actual service experience was great, and I have nothing negative to say about him personally. My issue is with the company’s pricing structure. The repair involved replacing the black drain hose shown in the attached photo. Total bill: roughly $700. Literally the red circle around the part is all that was replaced. I understand companies have overhead, labor costs, insurance, trucks, and warranties to cover. However, it was shocking to see how much this simple repair cost. I believe I even saw on the technician’s iPad that the replacement part itself was priced at over $200, despite similar parts being available at local hardware stores for a fraction of that amount. Again, this is not a criticism of Dustin, he was simply doing his job and did it well. My frustration is entirely with the pricing. Experiences like this are exactly why so many homeowners learn to do projects themselves. I replaced an entire toilet myself for about $99, and I completed nearly this entire sink installation on my own. I only needed help with this final connection, a”

They sent a guy out twice, who had no information about the work that was done. He offered the solution of shutting off the water to the back of the house to keep the bill from being sky high. “Update: I called the owner to discuss further as he mentioned in his ridiculous response. Of course, no accountability. I have the right to decline your overpriced fees to repair my own backflow, which has absolutely nothing to do with your plumber damaging my pressure valve. Its clear in the picture he cut into the valve. Then the audacity to offer to credit me the initial $192 but pay them to even more money to fix what they damaged in the first place. Foul crooks to say the least. Would never use again or recommend. I needed the bonnet assembly removed from the backflow preventer because it was cracked and wouldn’t loosen. He charged nearly $200 just to remove the part. He was able to get it off by cutting it however he cut into the thread of the pressure vacuum breaker damaging it resulting in me spending unnecessary money. Another plumber instantly saw the cut thread and took a picture. A clean cut through the side of the breaker. So overall I’ve spent over $600 to repair something that was supposed to be simple all because he damaged it. He knew he cut it too and didn’t say anything. Smh”

“Called on a Friday and got an appointment for Saturday no extra charge, nice young lady on the phone, Alexa. Unfortunately once the technician arrived he didn’t speak English, not sure if we effectively communicated the issue, he adjusted one valve then went back to his van. At that point I get a call from Alexa telling me I need an entirely new faucet, no effort to actually diagnose the problem or fix the issue, just $1000 for a new builder grade replacement or almost $1500 for upgraded faucet to replace what we actually already had! Got another plumber out from JD Precision, Monday and it was fixed within a couple of hours, simple effort was made leaving a happy customer. $250 said and done. We recommend using someone else as loyalty plumbing is only loyal to themselves and not the customer.”
