“Great Service. Definitely professional, knowledgeable, hardworking and helpful. I called a few plumbers before this company and Derek was the only one who immediately said what all of the possible problems were with our leak through the phone . The other companies couldn’t tell us anything through the phone without charging us a HUGE amount to come for investigating to find the issue! Derek knew exactly what he was talking about and diagnosed it when he came over that same day. It was a huge relief after he came over and discussed all the issues and solutions with our random unexpected leak . He is very reliable, helpful and INFORMATIVE. Derek and his company truly lifted a huge weight off our shoulders. I strongly recommend his company.”

“Derek saved the day at our house! We had our regular repair guy doing a sink replacement job at our house and when he realized there were issues with the pipes and angle valves due to a bad job when the house was built, we needed an expert quickly! Derek sent a crew out and they worked to resolve it. However, they squeezed us in and needed to get onto another job (and our job was bigger than anyone realized at first), so Derek himself came out and worked late that day to get it finished. “Pretty unprofessional plumbing company. Went in person to schedule, had an appointment, and took off work. No plumber two hours after time. I called in to ask the status and was promised the plumber would call me. No call hours later. I'd avoid them. How they treat their schedule is a really important indicator to how much they care about quality. The charge to come out was $130, starting. My issue was fairly urgent as I have a possible drain leak at the foundation; it wasn't something small.”

“I do not normally write reviews however today is a different story. I contacted Spartan plumbing at 2:30 in the morning Halloween night .I noticed that my kitchen floor felt hot when I walked on it and I could also hear a water trickling noise from the center section. I had some low water pressure prior to this night and assumed that it was something to do with the construction in my neighborhood. Come to find out a pipette busted in the middle of my kitchen and this company was immediately there within an hour to check it out as well as shut down all the water to my home it's only been a few days but the knowledge and the promptness and professionalism of each worker that has came into my home is beyond words. I will update this review if needed but I had to let anyone out there know tha”

“I've been meaning to make a review for quite some time but have not sadly gotten around to it but I could not help but do it this time. I own a local cleaning company and have always used Spartan plumbing and have worked with Derek for several years. I recently had a client just returned from being out of town for the summer and they had a water leak going on at the water heater as well as water damage from monsoon. He was able to show up within 45 minutes get in contact with her insurance company and a Restoration company and are currently getting this situation under control and record timing. This is not the only time that he has done this for one of my clients he's handled little things such as changing out faucets as well as exchanging water heaters and he also replied an entire house”

“I called for a clogged line that was causing sinks to back up. After speaking with Derek a crew showed up. They said they where going to snake the line which they did . After partially clearing line the sinks drained the technician who was taking care of the issue said that there was still debris in the pipes he could feel with the snake. They went on to tell me that it was going to be another $300 to get the line camera to see the bigger issue. After having our living room wall cut to see where the line went they explained that they did not have the right size camera and they had to go to the shop to grab another one. They said they would return later in the day to take care of the issue. After several hours nobody showed up and I called Derek to ask him what was going on he tried to ”

“Had their team visit my home to see about having my sewer line have a liner installed. They had to scope it first (not an issue) but had to pay for that. 2 weeks later and I still never got an estimate for their continued services for the liner. Nice guys but felt like a money grab 100%. Maybe you will have better luck than I did!”

They recommended the right product for my home and did an excellent job with the installation. The install was done quickly and Bill followed up with me afterwards to make sure things were running smoothly.
