Cummings Plumbing Heating and Cooling

Cummings Plumbing Heating and Cooling works as a plumber based in Tucson. They focus on everyday plumbing tasks and keep things moving with free estimates plus no travel fees for local calls. The crew handles repairs and installs across residential properties, drawing on knowledge of the area's water systems and common setups in homes. Licensed to operate, they cover the full range of plumbing work that comes up in a place like this, from quick fixes to larger replacements that keep water flowing without extra headaches for the homeowner.

In Tucson the heat and dry spells put extra stress on pipes and fixtures, so plumbers here spend plenty of time on drain cleaning to clear buildup from dust and hard water, water heater checks to prevent failures during peak summer use, toilet repairs after constant flushing in the dry climate, and leak detection around older lines that shift with temperature changes. They also tackle burst pipe jobs when monsoons hit, faucet replacements, garbage disposal fixes, gas line work, and full drain replacements. The approach stays practical, with crews showing up to diagnose the exact problem on site and complete the fix using standard tools and parts that hold up in local conditions.

Customers keep coming back because the work shows up on time, holds together without callbacks, and comes at prices that match the job instead of inflated quotes. Clear updates during the visit and honest talk about what needs doing build steady trust across thousands of calls. Speed on urgent leaks, solid quality on installs, and straightforward communication all add to the record. DIRT Score 4.77 from 3977 reviews on Finds.

“My husband and I were looking for a whole-house water treatment system that would be effective and easy to maintain. After doing our research, we decided Cummings Plumbing, Heating and Cooling was the right company for the job. We scheduled an appointment, and they sent sales representative Emilio along with associate Angel to our home. Emilio was very pleasant and explained how the system works in a clear, professional manner. His knowledge and helpful approach made us feel confident, and we had no hesitation in signing the contract. We then scheduled the installation for the following week. On the day of installation, technicians Byron and Matthew arrived. Byron, the lead technician, thoroughly explained the entire process and what to expect. Both men conducted themselves in a highly pro”

“Under the antique heater, in the garage, under the house foundation with post tension cables sewer repair is never a diagnosis you want to hear. Cummings knocked it out of the park. Five days, in and out. From extraction of old hvac, Penhall survey of post tension cables, coring the foundation, the dig, the repair, the backfill, recementing of the foundation, and installation of new hvac system. Faster than I expected, excellent work, and the clean up was impeccable.”

“Jake Cummings came to our property for a free estimate addressing a few small issues we were having. He was super helpful and knowledgeable about fixing all of the issues. He was able to fix two by doing very simple things and gave us a quote and explained how to resolve the last issue. Definitly reccomend this company for quick free estimates and super helpful workers”

“Chris was a friendly, helpful individual. He was here to repair the drywall which was damaged during the installation of our new tankless water heater. Like all Commings Plumbing workers he was extremely polite and professional. His work looked good and he cleaned up when finished. I highly recommend him.”

“My second experience with this company sucked. A simple clog turned into a repipe sale and wound up contaminating the property with feces, toilet paper, and sewer water. The technician, Kyri Markos didn't do anything to address my problem except to do an inspection and show me other problems under the house. He was more interested in selling me a repipe job rather than doing anything about the original problem, saying the clog was the responsibility of the to park. He did call the park office and tell them of the clog I called Cummings about originally. Rather than negotiating with the park to do the job at their experience, he postponed the unclog to the next day when the repipe job was to be done. In the mean time the waste from houses sharing the sewer line uphill from my house dr”

“We had a complete HVAC system installed. From our first interaction with Mat, and the install crew of Steve, Frank, and Jordan…couldn’t have had better service from start to finish. During the install I was home the entire time…totally impressed with the work ethic, professionalism and communication with the guys. Highly recommend Cummings Plumbing and HVAC and all personnel that were involved!”
